I was just reading about ISIS, I read that they rape Yezidi girls and women. An bad and terror feeling rose against ISIS inside me. BUT then I searched what Islam says about this and I was shocked when I found that it is permissible to make non-Muslim (not Yezidi in particular - could be any) sex slaves and rape them. No matter what, there's no much restrictions. They rape girls as child. Even they reached puberty (anyway reaching puberty doesn't means rape them) or not, it doesn't matter anything, its just allowed to rape them. Just imagine yourself that girl and you are being raped by people and sold as sex slave. That's complete HORROR, I am sorry to say it seems totally inhumane. Those girls are also human and they have family and they have their live and they have their DREAMS! Muslim male make their women wear veil, cover their bodies, not allowed to talk to others etc and on the same place they exploit non Muslim females and treat very bad - this makes zero sense. Islam is religion of peace, but raping others as you invade their land isn't peace at all! And sorry if what I say next is wrong.
I have read that in olden days, our Prophet(PBUH) also did that? That's really not believable. Islam STRICTLY doesn't allows to have sexual relation with women thats not wife else its zina thats punishable by stoning to death. In the same place if I invade someone, kidnap their women and rape them, make them sex slaves and sell them that's fine? Thats what ISIS is doing today and I am against raping ANY girl.
Just think for a second you are Yezidi, you have a daughter and you have good views about Islam. And Muslims attack you and take your daughter, sister, mother as sex slaves and rapes them. What a strong change will occur in views? I just saw the video of those girls that are rescued, I have seen their face gushing with tears, there mistake was that they were non Muslims. I see this is a way to force women that are trapped in ISIS to accept Islam, and forcing someone isn't permissible. One can win by good heart and giving them respect rather than taking their respect. Islam gives the message of peace and humanity but this kind of act is neither peaceful nor humanity. If girls try to escape, they do sexual things to them violently and injure them in this way. I couldn't sleep whole night thinking it shouldn't be allowed at all.

SORRY to Allah and everyone if I said anything wrong. And Allah knows best. Thank you for your time.

we are coming out of the stage where enslavement of people by people is practiced, in all forms whether direct or political, and moving into the stage where the whole planet submits to Almighty God.
the process began in the time of Prophet Muhammad pbuh, and is completed by the end of the term of Jesus (inshaAllah),
a complete revolution to the situation of Adam before his Master but with all the lawful amenities Allah has allowed us to discover and develop by His grace.
discarded items will include Jizya, idolatry, worship of humans -whether political or direct, the terms rabbi and maulana (protector, master etc) when referring to humans, enslavement of humans by humans, caste systems, economic enslavement etc.

however, the indirect slavery which is practiced in most countries (where a prisoner is made to work at zero or near zero wage for basic canteen items) is something that would need to be scrutinized further.
many arguments include cost of prisoner maintenance etc. it is however slavery of the conquering person over the conquered.

the malicious term "sex slave" is inaccurate since the practice is actually enslavement of prisoners in absence of ransom payment, and further research would show an interested delver that in almost every country (if not all) that western secular kafir nations have invaded, officially sanctioned or unofficial brothels consisting of females from the invaded nations have been utilised. the method used was economic enslavement with no slave rights.

anyways, consider the trend even during the time of the final messenger of Allah pbuh and you'll notice that slavery was an item being phased out rather than encouraged.

That is why when Rabi'a ibn 'Amir (radiyallahu 'arihu) went to the leader of the Persians.
The leader asked him, "Why are you coming to our lands? If you are coming for money then we will pay every one of you a salary so leave us alone."

But Rabi'a said, "That is not why we are here.
We are sent to free the creation from being slaves of one another to being slaves of the Master of the slaves
and from the oppression of religion to the justice of Islam
and from the narrowness of this world to the vastness of this world and the Afterlife."

Rabi'a ibn 'Amir (radiyallahu 'anhu) was not a student of religion nevertheless he is saying that all religions are Dhulm 20 . He didn't need to learn about religion because he knows from Wahi 21 that every religion is an oppressive religion and the only religion that will offer you justice is Islam.
Yaum al-Bu'ath was a preparation as the leadership was gone. That is why when the men from al-Ansaar went to Hajj and they heard about Muhammad (sallallahu 'alayhe wassallam) what did they say? They said, 'Let's take this man to our land and may Allah unite us through him.'
They were lost; they lost their leadership. SubhanAllah humanity without leadership cannot survive; humanity needs leadership in good and in evil. That is why the camp of Ar- Rahman has a leadership and the camp of Ash-Shaytaan has a leadership. That is our nature; we have to have somebody to show us the way.

Also another form of preparation was that they were neighbours of the Jews, so they knew that there was a Prophet coming unlike the rest of the 'Arabs who did not know anything about Prophethood. The Ansaar would hear the Jews tell them, 'A Prophet will be sent among us and then we will kill you like 'Ad was killed.'
So the Jews were threatening the Ansaar that when a Prophet comes they will wipe them out but it was the other way round. Is this not preparation for an end?

Allah ' Azza wa Jail wanted Ansaar to become Muslims and he wanted them to give support to the Prophet (sallallahu 'alayhe wassallam). So history was preparing them. The Ansaar were fighting in Bu'ath having no Injustice. Revelation. 15 Allah is Preparing us for Victory clue that this day would be the day that was bringing them close to Islam. It was a war in Jahiliyyah 22 but it was bringing them close to Allah ' Azza wa Jail.

from the audio lecture by Imam Anwar Al Awlaki - May Allah have mercy upon him and grant him a high status in Jannah,
Allah is preparing us for victory.
In this connection, a hadith has been related by Malik in his*Muwatta'*and by Muslim in his*Sahih,

that Muawiya ibn al-Hakam came to the Prophet (Allah bless him and give him peace) and told him,

"I am very newly from the Jahiliyya, and now Allah has brought Islam," and he proceeded to ask about various Jahiliyya practices, until at last he said that he had slapped his slave girl, and asked if he should free her, as was obligatory if she was a believer.

The Prophet (Allah bless him and give him peace) requested that she be brought, and then asked her,
"Where is Allah?"
and she said, "In the sky (Fi al-sama)";

whereupon he asked her, "Who am I?"

and she said, "You are the Messenger of Allah";

at which he said, Free her, "for she is a believer"

(Sahih Muslim, 5 vols. Cairo 1376/1956. Reprint. Beirut: Dar al-Fikr, 1403/1983, 1.382: 538).

Imam Nawawi says of this hadith:*This is one of the "hadiths of the attributes," about which scholars have two positions.
The first is to have faith in it without discussing its meaning, while believing of Allah Most High that "there is nothing whatsoever like unto Him" (Qur'an 42:11), and that He is exalted above having any of the attributes of His creatures.
The second is to figuratively explain it in a fitting way, scholars who hold this position adducing that the point of the hadith was to test the slave girl: Was she a monotheist, who affirmed that the Creator, the Disposer, the Doer, is Allah alone and that He is the one called upon when a person making supplication (du'a) faces the sky--just as those performing the prayer (salat) face the Kaaba, since the sky is the*qibla*of those who supplicate, as the Kaaba is the*qibla*of those who perform the prayer-
-or was she a worshipper of the idols which they placed in front of themselves?

So when she said,*In the sky, it was plain that she was not an idol worshipper

(Sahih Muslim bi Sharh al-Nawawi. 18 vols. Cairo 1349/1930. Reprint (18 vols. in 9). Beirut: Dar al-Fikr, 1401/1981, 5.24).*

Slavery has been abolished through consensus of ulema since long time ago. But ISIS reject this consensus and activate slavery again. Do ISIS commit sex slavery toward Yezidi women?. Yes!. They announce it openly, and call sex slavery like this as sunnah.

Ha ha!
Sunnah was to release slaves, not to take slaves, isn't it?

sunnah at the time and a little later was to take prisoners as slaves in absence of ransom and recommendedly to release them when they became believers by giving up slavery to men and stones and acknlowledging their subordination before Almighty God.

what i find ironic is the fact that slavery is still an institution practiced in Britain and the u.s,
minimum wage doesn't seem to mean anything for a yoked prisoner who has refused to obey the commands - whether legitimate or illegitimate - of the so called king, queen or president once in their custody.

slaves in the sunnah were allowed to work and earn enough to secure their own freedom.

who has more right to security? someone who is a willing slave to the creation or someone who acknowledges the Mastery of God and submits to Him?

critics, please also provide a valid solution for the prisoners taken during conflict who are still slaves to men and stones, while refusing to subject themselves to the universal laws of God.
i don't like slavery one bit, and prefer that a better option is provided.

Penal labour*is a generic term for various kinds of*unfree labour*which*prisoners*are required to perform, typically*manual labour. The work may be light or hard, depending on the context. Forms of sentence involving penal labour have included*penal servitude*and*imprisonment with hard labour. The term may refer to several related scenarios: labour as a form of punishment, the prison system used as a means to secure labour, and labour as providing occupation for convicts. These scenarios can be applied to those imprisoned for political, religious, war, or other reasons as well as to criminal convicts. Large-scale implementations of penal labour includelabour camps,*prison farms, and*penal colonies.
Penal labor*in the United States*is explicitly allowed by the*13th Amendment*of the*U.S. Constitution, which states that "neither slavery nor*involuntary servitude, except as a punishment for a crime whereof the party shall have been duly convicted, shall exist within the United States, or any place subject to their jurisdiction."[1][2]*
Unconvicted detainees awaiting trial cannot be forced to participate in forced rehabilitative labor programs in prison as it violates the Thirteenth Amendment.
Penal labor is sometimes used as a punishment in the*U.S. military.[3]
the people at (branch david) oklahoma were just gunned down for not submitting to unjust laws. not to say that david koreshi was submitting to God either.
the term dawud quraishi is an amazing coincidence.

The "convict lease" system became popular throughout the*American Southfollowing the*American Civil War*and into the 20th century. Since the impoverished state governments could not afford penitentiaries, they leased out prisoners to work at private firms. According to*Douglas A. Blackmon, because of the revenue received by local governments, they had incentives to arrest blacks; tens of thousands of African Americans were arbitrarily arrested and leased to coal mines, lumber camps, brickyards, railroads, quarries, and farm plantations.[4]*In Florida, convicts were often sent to work in lumber camps and*turpentinefactories.[5]*
The state governments maximized profits by putting the responsibility on the lessee to provide food, clothing, shelter, and medical care for the prisoners, with little oversight. This resulted in extremely poor conditions, numerous deaths, and perhaps the most inhumane system of labor in the United States.[6]
*Reformers abolished convict leasing in the 20th-century*Progressive Era, stopping the system in Florida in 1919. The last state to abolish the practice was Alabama in 1927.
1400 years ago:

But let them who find not [the means for] marriage abstain [from sexual relations] until Allah enriches them from His bounty.
And those who seek a contract [for eventual emancipation] from among whom your right hands possess - then make a contract with them if you know there is within them goodness and give them from the wealth of Allah which He has given you.
And do not compel your slave girls to prostitution, if they desire chastity, to seek [thereby] the temporary interests of worldly life.
And if someone should compel them, then indeed, Allah is [to them], after their compulsion, Forgiving and Merciful.

Military prostitution has long been seen around U.S. bases in the Philippines, South Korea, Thailand, and other countries. But since the U.S. has begun to deploy forces to many Muslim countries, it cannot be as open about enabling*prostitution for its personnel. U.S. military deployments in the Gulf War, the Afghan War, and the Iraq War have reinvigorated prostitution and the trafficking of women in the Middle East.Another major change has been the reliance of the U.S. military on private contractors, who have now surpassed the number of soldiers in Iraq. Public attention has begun to focus on the role of these contractors in U.S. war zones. Less attention has been paid to how private contractors are changing the nature of military prostitution. In the best known example, DynCorp employees were caught trafficking women in Bosnia, and some indications suggest that similar acts may be taking place in Iraq.I am researching whether civilian contractors are enabling military sexual exploitation in Iraq, Afghanistan, the United Arab Emirates (UAE) and other Muslim countries. My research is investigating new patterns of sexual exploitation of women by the U.S. for military purposes, and how institutionalized prostitution has changed as U.S. forces have been stationed in Muslim countries. I am especially interested in the possible role of civilian contractors in promoting prostitution of local women, or in importing foreign women into U.S. war zones under the guise of employment as cooks, maids or office workers.
Reports indicate a rise in sexual abuse of Iraqi women following the US-led invasion of the country in 2003, saying female trafficking has become a growing business.

In her article, published by Inter Press Service (IPS) news agency on August 27, Rebecca Murray noted how prostitution and sex trafficking have become “epidemic in Iraq” during the post-invasion military occupation of the country by US-led forces.*

In the past eight years, the country has been witnessing unrelenting violence and deadly terror attacks which smashed “national institutions, impoverished the population and torn apart families and neighborhoods.”*"Wars and conflicts, wherever they are fought, invariably usher in sickeningly high level of violence against women and girls," Murray cited an Amnesty International statement as saying.

The article told the story of Rania, who fell victim of Iraqi officials' sexual assault at 16, during a 1991 brutal crackdown on Iraq's Shia south by executed dictator Saddam Hussein.*Outcast Rania escaped to Baghdad and ended up as a sex trafficker's deputy after living and working in Baghdad's brothels for a while.*She describes female trafficking a lucrative business in Iraq, saying many virgin teenage girls are sold for around 5,000 dollars, and trafficked to destinations like northern Iraq, Syria and the United Arab Emirates.

After being arrested six years ago by US forces on charges of abetting terrorism, Rania was sent to jail in Baghdad's al-Kadimiyah detention and finally ended up as an undercover researcher for a women support group she got to know in prison.

In one of her harrowing findings, Rania and two other girls discovered a house in Baghdad's al-Jihad district, where girls as young as 16 were held to cater exclusively to the US military personnel.

The brothel's owner told Rania that an Iraqi interpreter employed by the Americans served as the dealer, transporting girls to and from the US airport base.

Before the Persian Gulf War in 1991, Iraq enjoyed the highest female literacy rate across the Middle East, and more Iraqi women were employed in skilled professions, like medicine and education, than in any other country in the region.
Norwegian Church Aid report last year highlighted “the US-led war and the chaos it has generated” among other factors giving rise to mounting prostitution in Iraq.
ALL are granted the solution and way out of all this chaos and corruption just by honestly acknowledging the truth and submitting to Allah.
It appears that critics cannot offer a better solution.

I mean the sunnah was to be merciful to the slaves, and not to force them to sleep with you! This is prohibited.
Also, the trend was toward releasing the slaves. You are encouraged to release a slave as a very blessed act

then we demand the release of all Muslims imprisoned in kuffar prisons and give them asylum in Muslim majority countries where they can practice Islam freely and without injustice.

and release the kuffar prisoners to kuffar majority countries, end all hostilities and let Allah be the judge.
that way there'd be no need for us to frown at each other.

let who wills live among kuffar, and be judged by whatever standard they make up for themselves, and let who wills live amongst Muslims and be judged by the Quran and Sunnah.
no cheating or deception.
but o kuffar who may be reading, know that God is the God of all that exists, and there's no escaping Him even on Mars or pluto.
if you disbelieve, then your disbelief will not be judged by the Muslims but by Allah whom you claim doesn't exist.

In May 2004, the FBI named Siddiqui as one of its seven*Most Wanted Terrorists.[13]*Her whereabouts were reported to have been unknown until she was arrested in July 2008 in Afghanistan.[11]

Upon her arrest, the*Afghan police*said she was carrying in her purse handwritten notes and a*computer thumb drive*containing recipes for conventional bombs and*weapons of mass destruction, instructions on how to make machines to shoot down*US drones, descriptions of New York City landmarks with references to a*mass casualty attack, and two pounds of*sodium cyanide*in a glass jar.[16][17][18]

Siddiqui was shot and severely wounded at the police compound the following day.
Her American interrogators said she grabbed a rifle from behind a curtain and began shooting at them.[19]*

Siddiqui's own version was that she simply stood up to see who was on the other side of the curtain and startled the soldiers, one of whom then shot her.[20]*

She received medical attention for her wounds at*Bagram Air Base*and was flown to the US[21]*to be charged in a New York City federal court with*attempted murder, and*armed assault*on US officers and employees.[12]*
She denied the charges.[22]*
After receiving psychological evaluations and therapy, the judge declared her mentally fit to stand trial.[23][24]*Siddiqui interrupted the trial proceedings with vocal outbursts and was ejected from the courtroom several times.[16]*The jury convicted her on all charges in February 2010.

Amnesty International*monitored the trial for fairness.[31]*In a letter to*Barack Obama, four*British Parliamentarians*(Lord Ahmed,*Lord Sheikh,*Lord Patel, and MP*Mohammad Sarwar) protested the arrest, calling it a violation of the*Sixth Amendment to the United States Constitution.[32][33]

*Many of Siddiqui's supporters, including some international human rights organisations, claimed that Siddiqui was not an extremist and that she and her young children were illegally detained, interrogated, and tortured by Pakistani intelligence, US authorities, or both, during her five-year disappearance.[11]*
The US and Pakistan governments have denied all such claims.[17][34]

On July 31, 2008, while Siddiqui was still being treated in Afghanistan, she was charged in a sealed*criminal complaint*in the*United States District Court for the Southern District of New York, with assault with a deadly weapon and with attempting to kill a United States Army Captain “while engaged in... official duties.”[12][21]*In total, she was charged on two counts of*attempted murder*of US nationals, officers, and employees,*assault with a deadly weapon, carrying and using a firearm, and three counts of*assault*on US officers and employees.[12][86][87]

Explaining why the US may have chosen to charge her as they did, rather than for her alleged terrorism,*Bruce Hoffman, professor of security studies at Georgetown University, said:*
There’s no intelligence data that needs to be introduced, no sources and methods that need to be risked. It’s a good old-fashioned crime; it's the equivalent of a 1920s gangster with a tommy gun.[88]

A lawyer for Siddiqui, Elaine Whitfield Sharp, expressed scepticism regarding both terrorism and assault charges:*I think it's interesting that they make all these allegations about the dirty bombs and other items she supposedly had, but they haven't charged her with anything relating to terrorism... I would urge people to consider her as innocent unless the government proves otherwise.[89]

Prior to her trial, Siddiqui said she was innocent of all charges. She maintained she could prove she was innocent, but refused to do so in court.[99]*On 11 January 2010, Siddiqui told the Judge that she would not co-operate with her attorneys, and wanted to fire them. She said she did not trust the Judge, and added, "I'm boycotting the trial, just to let all of you know. There's too many injustices." She then put her head down on the defence table as the prosecution proceeded.

Nine government witnesses were called by the prosecution: Army Captain Robert Snyder, John Threadcraft, a former army officer, and FBI agent John Jefferson testified first.[25]*As Snyder testified that Siddiqui had been arrested with a handwritten note outlining plans to attack various US sites, she interjected:

"Since I'll never get a chance to speak... If you were in a*secret prison... or your children were tortured... Give me a little credit, this is not a list of targets against New York. I was never planning to bomb it. You're lying."[107][108][109][110]*

The court also heard from FBI agent John Jefferson and Ahmed Gul, an army interpreter, who recounted their struggle with her. The judge disallowed as evidence her possession of chemicals and terror manuals and her alleged ties to al-Qaeda because they could have created an inappropriate bias.

The defence said there was no*forensic evidence*that the rifle was fired in the interrogation room.[106]*

They noted the nine government witnesses offered conflicting accounts of how many people were in the room, where they were positioned and how many shots were fired.[25]

*It said that her handbag contents were not credible as evidence because they were sloppily handled.[112]
According to the Associated Press of Pakistan, Carlo Rosati, an FBI firearms expert witness in the federal court doubted whether the M-4 rifle was ever fired at the crime scene;
an FBI agent testified that Siddiqui's fingerprints were not found on the rifle.[113]*
The prosecution argued that it was not unusual to fail to get fingerprints off a gun. "This is a crime that was committed in a war zone, a chaotic and uncontrolled environment 6,000 miles away from here."[109]*

Gul's testimony appeared, according to the defence, to differ from that given by Snyder with regard to whether Siddiqui was standing or on her knees as she fired the rifle. When Siddiqui testified, she admitted trying to escape, but said she had not taken the rifle or fired any shots.
She said had been "tortured in secret prisons" before her arrest by a "group of people pretending to be Americans, doing bad things in America's name."

The trial lasted 14 days, with the jury deliberating for three days before reaching a verdict.[25][26]*
On 3 February 2010, she was found guilty of two counts of attempted murder, armed assault, using and carrying a firearm, and three counts of assault on US officers and employees.[19][25][26]*
After jurors found Siddiqui guilty, she exclaimed:*"This is a verdict coming from Israel, not America. That's where the anger belongs."

Siddiqui was sentenced to 86 years in prison by the federal judge Berman in Manhattan on 23 September 2010. During the sentencing appearance, which lasted one hour, Siddiqui spoke on her own behalf.[117]
According to a February 2010 report in the Pakistani newspaper*The News International, the*Taliban*threatened to execute captured US soldier*Bowe Bergdahl, whom they captured on June 30, 2009, in retaliation for Siddiqui's conviction. A Taliban spokesperson claimed that members of Siddiqui's family had requested help from the Taliban to obtain her release from prison in the US.[121][122]*Bergdahl was released on May 31, 2014 in exchange for five*Guantanamo Bay*detainees.[123]

In September 2010, the Taliban kidnapped*Linda Norgrove, a Scottish aid worker in Afghanistan, and Taliban commanders insisted Norgrove would be handed over only in exchange for Siddiqui.[124][125][126][127]*On 8 October 2010, Norgrove was accidentally killed during a rescue attempt by a grenade thrown by one of her rescuers.[84][84][128][129][130]

In July 2011, the then-deputy of the*Tehrik-i-Taliban Pakistan,*Waliur Rehman, announced that they wanted to swap Siddiqui for two*Swiss*citizens*abducted in Balochistan. The Swiss couple escaped in March 2012.[131][132][133]

In December 2011, al-Qaeda leader*Ayman al-Zawahiri*demanded the release of Siddiqui in exchange for*Warren Weinstein, an American aid worker kidnapped in Pakistan on 13 August 2011.[134]*Weinstein was accidentally killed in a drone strike in January 2015.[135]

In January 2013, al-Qaeda-linked terrorists involved in the Algerian*In Amenas hostage crisis*listed the release of Siddiqui as one of their demands.[136]

In June 2013, the captors of two Czech women kidnapped in Pakistan demanded the release of Siddiqui in exchange for the two captives.[137]*Both Czech women were released in March 2015, following intense negotiations by a Turkish NGO*IHH.[138]

In August 2014, it was reported that the terrorist who claimed responsibility for the beheading of U.S. photojournalist*James Foley*mentioned Siddiqui in an email to Foley's family.
Siddiqui is identified in the email as one of the Muslim "sisters" the*Islamic State*was purportedly willing to swap as part of a prisoner exchange with the United States.[139]

In February 2015,*Paul Gosar*said the family of*Kayla Mueller*had been told plans to swap her for Siddiqui were underway in the months before her death.[140]

Iraqi Woman Recalls Abu*Gharib Rape Ordeal

7-23-4 CAIRO*(IslamOnline.net) -

The rape ordeal she suffered at the hands of US soldiers, both males and females, in the notorious Abu Gharib prison will continue to haunt Nadia for the rest of her life.*Though freed now, she is "imprisoned" in painful memories that left her psychologically and physically scarred, paying the price of the brutality and sadism of her American jailers.*

Nadia, the name given by a freed Iraqi female prisoner to Al-Wasat, a weekly supplement of the respectable London-based Al-Hayat newspaper, felt it incumbent upon herself to speak out and expose the less-talked-about abuse of female prisoners in US-run detention camps across Iraq.

Her visit to a relative ended up in her detention by American troops, who stormed the home under the preferable excuse of "searching for weapons".*

"I tried in vain to convince the impeded interpreter I was a guest, but I lost consciousness to find myself later in a dingy dark cell all by myself," Nadia recalled.*

With tears rolling down her cheeks, she told the paper how she was stripped by her "liberators" of the most precious thing an Arab and Muslim women can have: Her virginity.*

"A thrill of fear ran through me when I saw US soldiers laughing hysterically with a female solider telling me mockingly in an Arabic accent I never heard about female arms dealer in Iraq,," Nadia said.*
"As I tried hard to explain to her that I was wrongly rounded up, the female soldier started accosting and kicking me with my cries and pleas falling on dead ears."*

She went on: "She gave me a cup of water and no sooner had I started sipping it than I went into a deep trance to find myself later naked and raped."*Like Animals*Only then Nadia realized that hard times and an uncertain fate were lying ahead.*

And days proved her right. The other day, five soldiers fondled and raped her one after another in a distasteful sex orgy on the tunes of culturally offensive heavy metal music.*"One month later, a soldier showed up and told me in broken Arabic to take a shower. And before finishing my bath, he kicked the door open. I slapped him but he raped me like animals and called two of his colleagues, who forced me to have sex with them for up to 10 times," added Nadia.

*"Four months later, the female soldier came along with four male soldiers with a digital camera. She stripped me naked and started fondling me as if she was a man while her male colleagues broke into laughter and started taking photos.

*"Reluctant as I was, she fired four shots close to my head and threatened to kill me if I resist. Then, four soldiers raped me sadistically and I lost conscience.

Later, she forced me to watch a clip of my raping, saying bluntly: Your were born to give us pleasure,."*

Naida was set free from the US hell in Abu Gharib after spending up to six months there.*The American soldiers dumped her along the highway of Abu Gharib and gave her a meager of 10,000 dinars to "start a new life".*

Too ashamed to return home, she now works as a housemaid for an Iraqi family.*

Britain,s mass-circulation The Guardian revealed on May 12 that US soldiers in Iraq have sexually humiliated and abused several Iraqi female detainees in Abu Gharib.*

In its May 10-17 issue, the Newsweek said that yet-unreleased Abu Gharib abuse photos "include an American soldier having sex with a female Iraqi detainee and American soldiers watching Iraqis have sex with juveniles."*

The Iraqi abuse scandal exploded onto the world stage on April 29 after the CBS news network published several shocking photos of Iraqi detainees tortured and sexually abused by US soldiers.*

In a ****ing report presented to the administration in February, before the outbreak of the scandal, US Major General Antonio Taguba found numerous "sadistic, blatant and wanton criminal abuses" at the prison complex.

discarded items will include Jizya, idolatry, worship of humans -whether political or direct, the terms rabbi and maulana (protector, master etc) when referring to humans, enslavement of humans by humans, caste systems, economic enslavement etc.

however, the indirect slavery which is practiced in most countries (where a prisoner is made to work at zero or near zero wage for basic canteen items) is something that would need to be scrutinized further.
many arguments include cost of prisoner maintenance etc. it is however slavery of the conquering person over the conquered.

the malicious term "sex slave" is inaccurate since the practice is actually enslavement of prisoners in absence of ransom payment, and further research would show an interested delver that in almost every country (if not all) that western secular kafir nations have invaded, officially sanctioned or unofficial brothels consisting of females from the invaded nations have been utilised. the method used was economic enslavement with no slave rights.

anyways, consider the trend even during the time of the final messenger of Allah pbuh and you'll notice that slavery was an item being phased out rather than encouraged.
In the quote you posted, it is written "Rabi'a ibn 'Amir (radiyallahu 'anhu) was not a student of religion nevertheless he is saying that all religions are Dhulm 20 . He didn't need to learn about religion because he knows from Wahi. "

What does this statement mean?

Rape toward captives often happen in war. It's committed not only by militias, but also by military.

However, ISIS is the only group that justify rape toward captives with religious argument. They regard sex slavery toward Yezidi women as sunnah, since Yezidi are not Muslims or people of the book. Of course it makes the image of Islam that already bad become worse.

From where I know ISIS regard rape toward Yesidi women as sunnah?. From ISIS themselves. They announce this statement after many Muslims in the world criticize what ISIS do toward Yezidi women.

ardianto, the minute i remind you of the crimes of the accusers, you make it look like an every day occurence.though not before that.
you don't seem to offer a solution despite knowing that mushrikeen are banned from the Arabian Peninsula, omg i don't know what i'd do if i was an iraqi living through those sick bush 1 and bush 2 occupations.
but since you love them so much why don't you give them asylum?

On Thursday, four days before the death of the Messenger of Allâh*, he said to people — though he was suffering from a severe pain:
"Come here. I will cause you to write something so that you will never fall into error."
Upon this ‘Umar bin Al-Khattab said: "The Prophet of Allâh**is suffering from acute pain and you have the Qur’ân with you; the Book of Allâh is sufficient unto you."
Others however wanted the writing to be made.
When Muhammad*pbuh heard them debating over it, he ordered them to go away and leave him alone.

That day he recommended three things:Jews, Christians and polytheists should be expelled out of Arabia.
He recommended that delegations should be honoured and entertained, in a way similar to the one he used to do.
As for the third — the narrator said that he had forgotten it. It could have been adherence to the Holy Book and the*Sunnah.
It was likely to be the accomplishment and the mobilization of Osamah’s army, or it could have been performance of prayers and being attentive to slaves. In spite of the strain of disease and suffering from pain, the Prophet**used to lead all the prayers till that Thursday — four days before he died.
On that day he led the sunset prayer and recited:"By the winds (or angels or the Messengers of Allâh) sent forth one after another." [77:1][]
although shaam is a little north, it's still the Holy Land, fire worship and stone worship are not tolerated by Allah.

Do you have any source to back up what you're saying? More specifically about ISIS announcing that it's halal to take Yazidi women as sex slaves and rape them because they are not muslims or from the people of the books. I'm asking mainly because this is such a serious accusation, and if you can't provide solid proof then we have to say that you're just making things up. Solid proof btw, would be a legit video from ISIS of them saying that stuff.

laqad aana li sa'adin......lauma talaa-im.....sabeel Allah

laqad hakamta.....hukmillahi....fauqa sab'a samaawaat.

In the light of this reluctance, they had nothing except to comply with the Messenger’s judgement. The Messenger of Allâh (Peace be upon him) ordered that the men should handcuffed, and this was done under the supervision of Muhammad bin Salamah Al-Ansari while the women and children were isolated in confinement.

Thereupon Al-Aws tribe interceded begging the Prophet (Peace be upon him) to be lenient towards them. He suggested that Sa‘d bin Mu‘adh, a former ally, be deputed to give verdict about them, and they agreed.Sa‘d meanwhile stayed behind in Madinah due to a serious wound he sustained in the Confederates Battle. He was summoned and brought on a donkey. On his way to the Prophet (Peace be upon him) , the Jews used to exhort him to be lenient in his judgement on account of former friendship.

Sa‘d remained silent but when they persisted he uttered:

“The time has come for Sa‘d not to be afraid of the blame of the blamers.”

On hearing this decisive attitude, some of them returned to Madinah waiting fa desperate doom.
On arrival, he alighted with the help of some men. He was informed that the Jews had agreed to accept his verdict about them. He immediately wondered if his judgement would pass on all the people present, the Prophet (Peace be upon him) included, turning his face away in honour of him. The reply was positive.

He decided that all the able-bodied male persons belonging to the tribe should be killed, women and children taken prisoners and their wealth divided among the Muslim fighters.

The Prophet (Peace be upon him) accepted his judgement saying that Sa‘d had adjudged by the Command of Allâh.

In fact, the Jews deserved that severe punitive action for the ugly treachery they had harboured against Islam, and the large arsenal they have amassed and which consisted of one thousand and five hundred swords, two thousand spears, three hundred armours and five hundred shields, all of which went into the hands of the Muslims. Trenches were dug in the bazaar of Madinah and a number of Jews between six and seven hundred were beheaded therein. Hot beds of intrigue and treachery were thus exterminated once and for all.

Huyai, a chief criminal of war, a devil of Bani Nadir and Safiyah’s father, had joined the ranks of Banu Quraiza when Quraish and Ghatfan defected, was admitted into the audience of the Prophet (Peace be upon him) with his hands tied to his neck with a rope. In audacious defiance, he declared obstinate enmity to the Prophet (Peace be upon him) but admitted that Allâh’s Will was to be fulfilled and added that he was resigned to his fate. He was ordered to sit down, and was beheaded on the spot.

Only one woman of the Jews was killed because she had killed a Muslim warrior by flinging a grinding stone upon him. A few elements of the enemy embraced Islam and their lives, wealth and children were spared. As for the spoils of the war, the Prophet (Peace be upon him) divided them, after putting a fifth aside, in accordance with Allâh’s injunctions. Three shares went to the horseman and one to the infantry fighter.

Women captives were sent to Najd to be bartered with horses and weaponry.

For himself, the Prophet (Peace be upon him) selected Rehana bint ‘Amr bin Khanaqah, manumitted and married her in the year 6 Hijri. She died shortly after the farewell pilgrimage and was buried in Al-Baqi‘.

After the war with Banu Quraiza had been settled and they had been defeated, Sa‘d bin Mu‘adh’s wish was gratified and he gave his last breath. In response to his supplication ‘Aishah (May Allah be pleased with her) narrated, Sa‘d’s wounds began to bleed from the front part of his neck while he was in his tent which the Prophet (Peace be upon him) had pitched for him in the mosque so that he would be in close proximity in order to inquire about and watch his well-being closely. The people were not scared except when the blood flowed towards them, and in the Mosque along with Sa‘d’s tent, there was the tent of Banu Ghifar. They said: O people of the tent, what is it that is coming to us from you? Lo! it was Sa‘d’s wound that was bleeding and he died thereon.

The Throne of Allah Shook upon the Death of Sa’ad ibn Mu’adhJabir narrated that the Messenger of Allâh (Peace be upon him) had said: “The Throne of the Compassionate shook for the death of Sa‘d bin Mu‘adh. ”

When his bier was carried, At-Tirmidhi said: The hypocrites alleged it was too light. The Messenger of Allâh (Peace be upon him) retorted:“The angels are carrying him.”

Narrated Jabir: I heard the Prophet (salallahu alaihi wasallam) saying, “The Throne (of Allah) shook at the death of Saad ibn Muadh.” Through another group of narrators, Jabir added, “I heard the Prophet : saying, ‘The Throne of the Beneficent (Ar-Rahman) shook because of the death of Saad ibn Muadh.” [Saheeh Al-Bukhari, Volume No. 5, Hadeeth No. 147]

[According to the Darussalam commentary, “The Throne shook” means that it shook in the delight of his welcome.]There’s more…Ibn Umar narrated that the Messenger of Allah (salallahu alaihi wasalam) said: “This (i.e. Saad ibn Muadh) is the one at whose death the Throne shook, the gates of heaven were opened for him and seventy thousand angels attended his funeral. It squeezed* him once then released him.”
[Sunan An-Nasai, Hadeeth No. 2057. Graded ‘saheeh’ by Shaikh Al-Albani in Saheeh Sunan An-Nasai, Hadeeth No. 2055]

[*This refers to the squeezing of the grave.]And that’s not all….Al-Baraa reported that a garment of silk was presented to Allah’s Messenger (salallahu alaihi wasallam). His Companions touched it and admired its softness; thereupon he said: “Do you admire the softness of this (cloth)? The handkerchiefs of Saad ibn Muadh in Paradise are better than this.”

Already seen. Dr Zakir Naik says you can have sex with slaves BUT he mentions if you don't have anymeans of marriage you can marry with slave. If you are married, you can have sex this makes sense but I have heard this only from him. Because in Quran it is allowed to have sex with wife and with what your right hand possess. Then if someone marries slave, its unclear to me what is "your right hand possess" then.
He didn't mentioned whether it is allowed Muslims to force someone to have sex. He didn't mentioned what if they refuse to accept Islam(because Mulsim can marry Muslim). He told this is only for female she gets freedom by marriage, what about male? No freedom? He is a good person but this answer for me is unclear.

it appears that zakir naik quickly said it due to the natural blush syndrome when it comes to controversial issues.

as regards the male, it is recommended to find reasons to free them if they accept Islam.you will note that in many Islamic countries, when a person has been taken captive for breaking the limits of Allah, their sentence is reduced or cancelled when they are able to demonstrate that they have memorized chapters of the Quran and are likely to act upon them and avoid crimes against Allah's law if released.

Become a Haafidh…And walk free

Across the Muslim World, governments are experimenting with a new exercise in offender management.

A groundbreaking program that seeks to utilise the great transformative power of the Qur’aan to reform convicts and regulate prisoner populations.

From the UAE, to Palestine, Saudi Arabia and even Iran, the memorisation of the Qur’aan or some parts of it, is being set as a benchmark for the commuting of prisoner sentences or even securing outright freedom.

For the detainees, it is an opportunity to redeem their public image and reap the high status that has been promised for the Haafidh, both in this world and the Hereafter.

Sayyidina Abu Hurayrah (RA) reported the Messenger of Allah (SAW) as having said,“On the Day of Judgment, the man who has memorized the Quran will come to where the Qur’an will say, ‘O Lord! Adorn him.’ Therefore, he will be adorned with the crown of Honor. Then the Qur’an will say, ‘O Lord! Increase hint (in adornment).’ Therefore, he will be clothed with the dress of Dignity. Again, the Qur’an will say, ‘O Lord! Be pleased with him Therefore, Allah will he pleased with him and it will be said to him, ‘Read (the Quran) and occupy higher degrees} Each ( Qur’anic ) verse, moreover will add a reward for him. “[At Tirmidhi]

On the Day of Judgment, this honour is not just restricted to the people of the Qur’aan, but the blessings will be extended to their parents as well. In this connection, Buraydah RA reported that the Messenger of Allah (RA) said,“Whoever reads the Qur’an and learns and acts according to it, will he adorned on the Day of Judgment with a crown of Light whose gleam is like that of the sun, and his parents will he dressed in two garments that the world can never he equal to. Thereupon, they will question, ‘For what reason are we dressed in these garments?’ It will be said, ‘This is by virtue of your son who memorized the Qur’an. “[Haakim]

Below follows details of how the Hifdh offender program is being implemented in various countries across the Middle East:United Arab Emirates(UAE):

1. What if slaves don't want any relation with you?
2. If you can simply marry and have relations, then why you do this without marriage?

And whats your view on what ISIS is doing today? Thanks

I know the sin of making false accusation or making false news about other people, and I am willing to bear responsibility in akhira if I lie with what I say in this thread.

I observe ISIS activities not from Western source, but from ISIS affiliate sources that created to propagate their messages. Yeah, I didn't find video or photo about sex slavery toward Yezidi women. But I find article that explain why they enslave Yezidi women. They clearly said that sex slavery like this is sunnah, especially because Yezidi are not Muslims or People of the book. They used argument from Qur’an verse. They seek justification from stories of sahabah. In example, they said that Ali bin Abu Thalib (ra) had 19 slaves and he slept with all of them, and even had children from few of them.

Sex slavery toward Yezidi women is something that not secret. There are many reports, there are many witness, and ISIS themselves do not deny it. Even then ISIS gave explanation which justify their enslavement toward Yezidi women. This is a confession from the perpetrator that stronger than other evidences.

I am sorry if I can't give link to the sources because those sites are created to propagate ISIS messages and I will not participate in propagating their messages. But like I've said, if I lie about it, then I am willing to bear responsibility in akhira.

Can anyone see this and tell me is it true or not the bold text?

Some of the Companions of the Apostle of Allah (may peace be upon him) were reluctant to have intercourse with the female captives in the presence of their husbands who were unbelievers. So Allah, the Exalted, sent down the Qur’anic verse: (Sura 4:24) "And all married women (are forbidden) unto you save those (captives) whom your right hands possess." (Abu Dawud 2150)

it is forbidden to have have sex in public.

And all married women (are forbidden) unto you
.
it is forbidden to have sex with a woman who is married to another man.

save those (captives) whom your right hands possess.
appears to imply the marriage bond which has been permanently dissolved once a slave has been lawfully taken.
The husband would no longer be allowed to have sex with the woman.

that's regarding the quranic verse.
regarding the doubtful hadith, as mentioned before, people are required to have hayaah and are not allowed to have sex in front of other people or record or witness the lawful sexual relations between others.
by lawful we mean according to the Universal Laws of Allah as enshrined in the Quran and Sunnah, to be interpreted with faith and sincerity in obedience and submission to Allah.

temporary marriage is forbidden, reading through Sahih Muslim should make that clear.
And Allah knows the Mufsid from the Muslih.

by temporary marriage we mean: marriage with the intention of divorce.

unamed - the hadith from Sahih Muslim below, along with understanding of Quran and use of intellect clearly demonstrate the falsehood of the hadith you posted above, the controversial nature of your questions are being answered with patience,
if you are here to sincerely obey Allah, learn, and convey His message, then you are most welcome, if however your intention is for fitnah and discord in rebellion against Allah and His Messenger, repent, or take a rope to the ceiling and see if that removes your doubts.

It is He Who has sent down to you (Muhammad SAW) the Book (this Qur'an).
In it are Verses that are entirely clear, they are the foundations of the Book [and those are the Verses of Al-Ahkam (commandments, etc.), Al-Fara'id (obligatory duties) and Al-Hudud (legal laws for the punishment of thieves, adulterers, etc.)];
and others not entirely clear.
So as for those in whose hearts there is a deviation (from the truth) they follow that which is not entirely clear thereof, seeking Al-Fitnah (polytheism and trials, etc.), and seeking for its hidden meanings, but none knows its hidden meanings save Allah.
And those who are firmly grounded in knowledge say: "We believe in it; the whole of it (clear and unclear Verses) are from our Lord." And none receive admonition except men of understanding.

“And those who guard their chastity (i.e. private parts, from illegal sexual acts)

6.Except from their wives or (the slaves) that their right hands possess, for then, they are free from blame”

[al-Mu’minoon 23:6; al-Ma’aarij 70:30]

That is subject to the condition that he has acquired her in a proper manner, and that this slave woman has not been given by her master in marriage to another man to whom she is still married. The reason why this is permitted is that this slave woman belongs to him, either because he has paid money to buy her or he has fought for the sake of Allaah (and acquired her among the war booty).
