Hello,

I am writing a school assignment about Islam for my religion class, and I thought maybe someone could help me answer some questions.
The first question is: In what way is Islam influencing identity or group formation? And what is the role of Islamic religious rituals / practices in individual and group identity formation?
The second question is: How are religious groups shaped by cultural elements?
Third question: What is the connection between Islam and cultural influences?

I have found some answers on the internet, but I would love to hear the answers from a Muslim's point of view. I hope that someone can help me :)

I once helped a nephew on an enzyme's homework.. Mmmhh my favourite.

I was a third year Mpharm student at the time.

Apparently my answer was all sorts of wrong. Go figure.

Seems like your question is a lot more open.. Go nuts.

...hands in an a4 side :/
