View Full Version : Introduction: How well do you know the Ambiya?

In a bid to get people hooked to the lives of those whom Allah Ta’ala has chosen to deliver His message and establish His word on earth, we will be running a series of questions and answers on the lives of the Prophets of Allah (May Peace and Benedictions be upon all of them) daily on this forum. In this day and age, our children take actors and actresses, pop stars, singers and sportsmen as their role models, and their actions and thoughts normally shape their beliefs and behavior for the rest of their lives - with disastrous consequences.

This small effort is meant to change this. We need to make a switch from knowing the details of the lives of morally bankrupt people who have nothing to offer but western entertainment and evil, to getting better acquainted with people like the Ambiya (Prophets), the Sahabah (Companions of the Prophet Muhammad) and the pious Aslaaf (people of the golden generation of Islam) who strove to bring Islam to us.

The questions and answers posted daily on this forum are extracted from the book written by me “How well do you know the Ambiya?”, also the the well-known book “How well do you know the Sahabah?”

We urge everyone to follow and ask others to subscribe to these posts, which will be delivered only once a day.

You can recieve reminders about the thread and stay updated on Whatsapp, Facebook and Twitter.
