Question: Is this a confusing and nonsensical time?

Question: Do we really want to numb our brains over all of it?
That is what I shall now answer.
This is a very annoying time period, in which nothing makes sense. We can all agree this is a great fitnah, and one of the worst ones. Everyone is absorbed in the questions that haunt Muslims the most, what makes a leader, what makes a nation, what constitutes as Islamic or Disbelief. My question is, why are we getting involved. That may sound a bit weird, but bear with me (meaning stop being hungry for fish).
The Islamic Law code is very comprehensive, and very exact. There is no room for error, and no room for disagreement, since the statements that are present in our hadith and the Quran are perfectly clear. We've established that already. There are a lot of such statements that are specially geared (time travel style) for us, and we can see that they are for us, since they refer to a time that we are present in. The best answer to any question related to the religion is: Stick with the community, the scripture, the law, and the scholars. The Hadith also says, to not separate yourself in any way with that community.
The Hadith also tells us, relating to the fitnah, to stay perfectly clear of all this nonsense, and to stick with your nation. That is my viewpoint and the entire point of this article, stay away from the debates, the disputes, and stay clear of the fitnah. If this does not make any sense to you, maybe the following hadith will.
Narrated Abu Huraira: Allah's Messenger (ﷺ) said, "There will be afflictions (and at the time) the sitting person will be better than the standing one, and the standing one will be better than the walking, and the walking will be better than the running. And whoever will look towards those afflictions, they will overtake him, and whoever will find a refuge or a shelter, should take refuge in it." The same narration is reported by Abu Bakr, with the addition, "(The Prophet (ﷺ) said), 'Among the prayers there is a prayer the missing of which will be to one like losing one's family and property." (Sahih al-Bukhari 3601)
Narrated Hudhaifa bin Al-Yaman: The people used to ask Allah's Messenger (ﷺ) about the good but I used to ask him about the evil lest I should be overtaken by them. So I said, "O Allah's Messenger (ﷺ)! We were living in ignorance and in an (extremely) worst atmosphere, then Allah brought to us this good (i.e., Islam); will there be any evil after this good?" He said, "Yes." I said, 'Will there be any good after that evil?" He replied, "Yes, but it will be tainted (not pure.)'' I asked, "What will be its taint?" He replied, "(There will be) some people who will guide others not according to my tradition? You will approve of some of their deeds and disapprove of some others." I asked, "Will there be any evil after that good?" He replied, "Yes, (there will be) some people calling at the gates of the (Hell) Fire, and whoever will respond to their call, will be thrown by them into the (Hell) Fire." I said, "O Allah s Apostle! Will you describe them to us?" He said, "They will be from our own people and will speak our language." I said, "What do you order me to do if such a state should take place in my life?" He said, "Stick to the group of Muslims and their Imam (ruler)." I said, "If there is neither a group of Muslims nor an Imam (ruler)?" He said, "Then turn away from all those sects even if you were to bite (eat) the roots of a tree till death overtakes you while you are in that state." (Sahih al-Bukhari 7084)
Narrated Abu Sa`id Al-Khudri: Allah's Messenger (ﷺ) said, "There will come a time when the best property of a Muslim will be sheep which he will take to the tops of mountains and the places of rainfall so as to flee with his religion from the afflictions. (Sahih al-Bukhari 7088)
Narrated Al-Miqdad ibn al-Aswad: I swear by Allah, I heard the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) say: The happy man is he who avoids dissensions: happy is the man who avoids dissensions; happy is the man who avoids dissensions: but how fine is the man who is afflicted and shows endurance. (Sunan Abi Dawud 4263)
That is what the Hadith say, specifically and exactly in every sense of the words. When you see a fitnah, run from it, and do not partake in it regardless. This is what that is. Now, I shall state my views on some other things in a few yes or no answers.
Is Jihad right: Of course.
What constitutes (greater) Jihad: Military wars against disbelievers that has been announced and sanctioned by a government or leader that is Muslim according to Islamic Principles.
Is war against fellow Muslims Jihad: No.
Is rebelling against a Muslim government or leader allowed: No.
Is attacking a non governmental or a not-in-leadership institution Jihad: No.
Taking part in civil strife and dispute is not allowed in Islam. The Quran tells us to make peace between two factions. Arguments are un-Islamic unless they are carried in a simple and religious tones. They cannot be carried out militarily since making war between Muslims is a sin. The killer will go to hell alongside the one whom he killed if the latter had the same intention. There are the most clearest answers in Islam regarding such things.
Final case in point: What does the Prophet (pbuh) say about the times of Dajjal. Stay away from him no matter what. A man will go to him thinking he is a believer and then he would become a disbeliever when he comes near his fitnah. The Messenger (pbuh) told us to recite Surah Al-Kahf. What does that say. It tells us about the people who went in a cave who then slept and ignored the rest of the word for so many years. That is an example set for us, to ignore all the chaos and stick to your faith. The Prophet (pbuh) told us to stay in the Holy Lands when you see the fitnah, why are we running elsewhere?
My message to all of this nonsense: This is not the time or place to be arguing, taking part in civil strife, or to be taking part in more fitnah. Yes, Jihad is good, but this is not Jihad, as no one recognizes it such. The scholars are telling us to stay away just like our Prophet (pbuh) did.
That is all. This is my only message regarding this situation, I shall not be entering any discussions relating to this, for the sake of my sanity.
