Hungry besieged people are crying

Innocent people are crying in a protest in Damascus villages that they are hungry because Bashaar’s regime has besieged them and has stopped food and medical
supplies from reaching them. The Orient news in Arabic reported the protest, so we heard the voices of women and children that they are very hungry!!!

I fear that the wrath of Allah may catch us all.
I had heard the story of a cat which was tied up by a woman. She didn’t let it free to search food for itself and didn’t give it food until it died. Allah’s Wrath not only caught the woman but the whole village because they didn’t stop the woman from the crime!!!

Now Bashaar’s regime helped by many kafirs is keeping 40’000 or more innocent people hungry by besieging them for over 6 months and killing them. UN workers entered that area with the excuse of taking help but they didn’t give any food to anyone. What kind of help were they taking in? And whom were they helping?

I wonder where are the Muslim Powers? In the past, when the kafir media screamed that some Yazidis were without food on some mountain in Iraq, the kafirs’ planes rushed to provide them food from the air. Now there are no Muslim Powers to stand together to help and rescue those innocent Muslims and call the UN saying where is its resolution of Cease fire in Syria??? Those more than 40,000 Muslim women, children and men are caught hungry and are attacked from the air and ground to be killed while the UN chiefs have been watching and observing the killing!!! What does it mean?? Where is the cease fire of the Security Council which manifestly announced that Bashaar only failed to unite different groups??? And it covered all of the massacres done by Bashaar!!! On the other hand these kafirs are accusing innocent peaceful Muslims with the accusation of killing and terrorism. They are burning masajid and Quraans.

The kaafirs, at such high positions, are lying so much that I couldn’t believe it. How is it possible that a chief at a high status lies so much. I am surprised!!! Alas! They have no human morals. Allah gave them the morals in their nature but they suppressed their conscience, alas!!! They believe that there is no God. But surely GOD is present and is watching them and us all.

Does any of the mankind have sense of justice and sympathy? Does anyone trusts Allah’s Tremendous Power in front of the temporary power of the killer kafirs and raise voice against their brutal wickedness, and demand justice and safety for the innocent victims in Syria???

O common Muslims like me, cry and pray to Allah to send HIS DIRECT HELP. Surely now we need Mahdy with the full-fledged Help of Allah. I am justified in asking this du’aa now because the Muslim Powers have proved that they cannot do anything to save the crowds of the innocent Muslims from hunger and painful death given by Bashaar and his many kaafir allies. While on the other hand, the kaafir chiefs have proved that they are sharrun Bariyyah (See surah Al-Bayyinah 6). They do nothing except bloodshed and massacres of the innocent people. They have filled up the land of Allah with the bloodshed of Muslims.

At least 23 people, including 6 infant under one year, died because hungry in Madaya, the city that besiged and isolated by Bashar's troop and Hizbullah. Also 13 people who tried to leave Madaya killed because landmine or sniper.

Until few hours ago the food that promised by UN still haven't arrive in Madaya.

May Allah help those dying people.

Assalaamu alaikum,

Avaaz is coordinating some political actions to try to help the people of Madaya, and the conflict in Syria generally. They are quite good at this sort of thing, and have had impacts on various situations in the past. I'm putting the text of their appeal below. You can sign the petition, and you can also write a personal letter to Ban Ki Moon, the outgoing UN Secretary General (The people working through Avaaz have made it easy for you to do this; you don't have to research how to do this. They have set it up for you, after you sign the general petition).

Individually, we can do good in this world. (smile) But when we work together, we can do more.

May Allah, the Generous, Help us to do good.

Dear friends,

In the besieged town of Madaya, starving children are eating tree leaves, cats and insects. The Assad regime is literally starving over 40,000 people to death. It's hard to imagine the suffering of parents watching their kids die from hunger -- but we have a way to help them.

A truce to lift the siege on Madaya and other cities was brokered in September, but civilians are still trapped inside without food and medicine. Turkey and Iran can work with their allies to ensure the siege is lifted, but won’t act on their own. If we raise a one million strong outcry calling on UN Secretary General Ban Ki-moon to intervene and work with all sides, we could save thousands of families from starving to death in Madaya.

Ban Ki-moon can do this -- if the siege is lifted, it could set a hopeful foundation for upcoming peace talks. And with his service to the UN ending soon, lifting the siege would be a great achievement for his legacy. With enough pressure from each one of us, we can get Ban Ki-moon to be the champion Madaya desperately needs right now.

Add your voice to the urgent petition. Avaaz will take stories and photos from Madaya to the media, the UN, and key foreign ministries until the siege is lifted:

https://secure.avaaz.org/en/madaya_s...e_loc/?tASWybb

After mounting media pressure, the regime just announced that it will finally allow some aid into Madaya. But then what? Aid was distributed in October as well, though most of it was expired, and it quickly ran out. To really save the people of Madaya, we need the siege to be lifted entirely.

Already 31 people have died from starvation this month. Residents risk being blown to pieces if they try to escape because the town is encircled with landmines. On Sunday a pregnant woman and her daughter tried to escape, and accidentally triggered one. They survived, but the blast gave their location away to militants. There is no escape for the people of Madaya -- only lifting the siege can save these desperate families.

The regime is using barbaric tactics to punish and intimidate anyone who opposes their control. Citizens from Madaya were active during the 2011 protests. Now they are paying the price for daring to speak out years ago. Many parties in this conflict are guilty of blockading towns, but the regime is responsible for the vast majority, and regularly airlifts food to its supporters, while Madaya’s residents waste away. Our call for lifting the sieges would help civilians in rebel and regime-held areas.

We won’t be able to end the Syrian conflict by saving Madaya, but all the pieces needed to lift this siege are at our fingertips. We could help save thousands of innocent Syrians who deserve a chance at life -- we can’t give up on them now.

The UN was made exactly for moments like this. Let’s end this nightmare in Madaya and show Ban Ki-moon that we won’t give up until all sides commit to freedom of movement for civilians, food and supplies. Sign the urgent petition and tell everyone:

https://secure.avaaz.org/en/madaya_s...e_loc/?tASWybb

Sometimes it feels like this war is never ending, but time and again our community has come together and stood with the Syrian people. We’ve done it since day 1, and we won’t give up. Now let’s do it for the families of Madaya who need us to fight for their lives now more than ever.

With hope,

Rewan, Mais, Wissam, Mohammad, Alice, Emma, Ricken and the entire Avaaz team
