Someone at the Mosque was just saying it never snows there. He said people from Jeddah are going with their kids to see the snow because they have never seen snow before.

Snowball fights here we come.

Is this the effect of climate change in Saudi Arabia?

May Allah protect them all from accidents and calamities. Ameen.

What a test that would be?

As it stands, many from my country come back sick. Coughing from chest colds. That's from the chilled weather and no cloud cover at night.. now imagine snow! AstarghfirulLahal'azeem.

Gives me the shivers..

Innovation eh.

They could just line the roads with air conditioning.

No, probably not. Climate change causes the opposite. It causes heat, and lay on that polar ice caps melt, that results in increase of water mark. There are many other reasons, but this is just a very simple outline. In deserts temperature goes very down in the evening. This time it went below 0, so the result was snow.

Ameen.

No. I hate snow. I end up walking like a really old person and all the kids laugh at me. I normally go flying all over the place. Hope it's cleared by tomorrow. I am back at work!

Snow here too (and much more than in UK or Saudi Arabia, I suppose). The north front is ready for the battle.

i don't know why they keep writing "first time snow" on these videos lol... it's not all that uncommon to see snow in Arabia during January lol.
