A story I heard was this, inside each of us, we have two wolves who are always fighting, one is the angry wolf, the other is the kind and caring wolf.
The question you are supposed to ask is this, 'Which wolf wins?'
The answer is, the one you CHOOSE to feed, we have the choice as to how we react in every situation. We don't have to feed the angry wolf.
