1)The Abolition of the Islamic Caliphate

2) Sharia was banned

3) The hijab was banned

4) The Athan was banned

5) The Caliph exiled

6) Muslim soldiers loyal to the Caliph were executed publicly

7) Qurans were burned on the streets

8) Muslim scholars were stripped of their clothes and executed

On this day (3 March, 1924), the Caliphate was officially abolished by the Turkish Republic under Mustafa Kemal Atatürk. The last Ottoman caliph, Abdülmecid II, was sent into exile in France along with the rest of the Ottoman family.

And since the decline and fall of ottoman khalifah this ummah has been undergoing perdition, trials and tribulations.
