Sayyiduna Abu Hurayrah (radiyallahu ‘anhu) reports that Nabi (sallallahu ‘alayhi wa sallam) said:“When your servant brings your meal to any one of you, then if you do not make him sit with you, then you should at least give him a morsel or two or a bite or two as he is the one who [prepared it]....(Sahih Bukhari, Hadith: 2557, 5460 and Sahih Muslim, with variation in the wording, Hadith: 1663)

Does the context of ''servant'' apply to like a house caretaker or family member of any like? This is rather interesting though

Servant still that person is.. no differentiation. That is how I read it. Islam is simple. Keep it that way.
