As-Salaam alaikum,
May I comment on the above topic started by Hassan Hasib on 'PATIENCE' and observe that indeed, patience is the key to happiness. In Ayat 103 of Surat Baqra (2:103) of the Holy Qur'an, Alla, Azzah Wa Jallah, says:--

"AND ALLAH IS WITH THOSE WHO SHOW PATIENCE."

By time, Indeed, mankind is in loss, Except for those who have believed and done righteous deeds and advised each other to truth and advised each other to patience. [103:1-3]

May Allah protect us from loss, ameen.
