i have ocd and other problems help!!!!!

Asalam o Alaikum please don't mind if i'm writing about this again,i couldn't explain it better before,the problem is that whenever i'm offering prayer i get these weird unwanted thoughts which are mostly vulger,i feel like that they are coming from me,but i've read that they come from the shaitan,but the worst thing is that i can't make my self believe that,i'm very shy and i have anxiety,i can't get out because of my ego,i also get impressed by someone's beauty rather then their heart but have guilt about it when i see a flaw in that person,these ocd thoughts also strike when i'm infront of my mom,i feel more guilty when it happens infront of my mom in my mind why is that?these thoughts include stuff that i can't even speak of,i'd rather die then speak of them,i even get ashamed of my body because i've seen women exposing their body on the media and that disgusts me,thinking that i have the same body as theirs then i get self conscious,agh i can't take this anymore i'm really shy and miserable,i'm also sensitive whenever someone says something bad about my stuff or me or offends me i get discouraged and become depressed because of that and feel like doing nothing except cry but i have to control it,because i think crying would be a waste,but sometimes i can't control but cry!i also get irritated by azaan and ayutul qursi.
