How to remove notifications?

How do I remove these? I click on them and click on the notification but they just stay there still.

If you have a Quote notification and you click on it, do you actually go to your quotes page?

If you want to unsubscribe from these threads you can go under "general settings" and you should be able to choose what you want your "Default Thread Subscription Mode:" to be.
