15 tips for charity (SADAQAH)

1) Keep a Qur'an in any masjid and get the reward for whoever reads even a single letter of it a letter is multiplied into 10 times, imagine the reward.

2) Keep a bowl or glass of water on your window for the birds.

3) Give cloth to the needy and poor ones.

4) Keep a box in your room and put a coin inside whenever you seem to have sinned, open the box after a month and give the cash
to the needy people.

5) Write the prayer of entering the house and leaving the house on two papers, stick it on the entrance of house. You will be
rewarded for whoever will read it.

6) Sponsor an orphan from your money.

7) When you are going to family gatherings, take carton of juice, snacks, etc with you and distribute it.

8) If there is a construction going on near your house, get a box of water and juice, refrigerate it, and give it to the labourers chilled.

9) If you have change at the petrol station from the worker, let him keep, even if he was a non muslim, be a good face for your religion.

10) Buy a 'Musallah' and keep it in the masjid. You will be rewarded on whoever prays on it.

11) If there is water left in your glass, put it in the flower pot or plants.

12) Cheer any Muslim brother/sister, especially those who are sad or facing hardships.

13) Smile to whom you pass by, greet to the one next to you, and every good word is sadaqah.

14) Do not sleep until you have forgiven whoever have hurted you.

15) Share this post to as many people as you can. This too is a Sadaqah-e-Jariah. In shaa Allaah

Sponsor an orphan from your money.

This is a really good one for Asian Women - the amount of gold they have sometimes is ridiculous, who's Zakaat will easily pay for 1 year's Orphan Sponsorship or a Hifz Sponsorship.
