So in my heart i say 'Allah from today i am going to try n offer all prayers n only skip if i am sick otherwise not'...this is my neeyah..so if after two days or so i stop ofering prayers ..will i have to feed poor etc coz i haave broken my promise wd Allah?

From my knowledge, yes, because you are making a promise to Allah.

From Huzaifah ibn Adam:
If a person breaks an oath, there are only those three ways to make Kaffaarah (expiation) for it.

1) Fast three days consecutively.

2) Feed ten poor people.

3) Clothe ten poor people.

I don't know what to say...

First, the solat is already mandatory, no? It is not voluntary basis. As is the fasting. Whether you promise Allah or not, you are still accountable for it. The fact that you promised it further, and Allah is All Forgiving and All Wise.
