Certain events in Turkey and their being cheered on by the Muslim world have led me to have doubts about my faith....for instance....what is Islam's rules in the shariah regarding the rule of law, legal proceedings, "innocent until proven guilty" etc. did the Islamic justice system have any impact on the western one? is it superior, in terms of protecting the downtrodden? is shariah a requirement for an islamic country? how does Islam view social justice, protecting and caring for the downtrodden, etc.???

we will be asked these 3 questions in the grave

who is your lord
what is your deen
who is your prophet

i believe an entire lifetime will pass in being concerned with being able to answer these 3 questions when one is alone in ones grave
