A'salamu alaykum. There are 15 places in the Qur'an that, upon reciting, require us to go to Sujood (Sajdat al-Tilaawah). And we should all be aware of them, in sha Allah. (This is a beautiful Sunnah upon us, and it is not Fard)

1. Surah al-A'raaf 7:206

2. Surah al-Ra'd 13:15

3. Surah al-Nahl 16:49

4. Surah al-Isra' 17:107

5. Surah Maryam 19:58

6. Surah al-Hajj 22:18

7. Surah al-Hajj 22:77

8. Surah al-Furqaan 25:60

9. Surah al-Naml 27:25

10. Surah al-Sajdah 32:15

11. Surah Saad 38:24

12. Surah Fussilat 41:37

13. Surah al-Najm 53:62

14. Surah al-Inshiqaaq 84:21

15. Surah al-'Alaq 96:19

It is not required to have Wudu for Sujood al-Tilaawah. When prostrating, it is prescribed to say Takbeer, and when coming up there is no Salam or Takbeer required. If a person does this Sajdat al Tilaawah while praying, then they should say Takbeer while going down and coming up both.

Narrated by Abu Dawood in his Sunan from Ibn 'Umar radhiAllahu anhum who said: "The Messenger of Allah salaAllahu alayhi wa salam used to recite Qur'an to us, and if he reached a verse where a Sajdah was prescribed, he would say Takbeer and prostrate and we would do likewise." (Ahmad 2/17, al-Bukhaari 2/33,34 and Muslim 1/405 no. 575)

What is obligatory to say while in Sujood is what is prescribed for us to say when we are in Sujood in our Salah, which is "Subhaana Rabbi al-A'laa (Glory be to my Lord Most High)".

Additionally.. It was narrated that the Prophet salaAllahu alayhi wa salam used to make Du'a when he did Sujood al-Tilaawah, and he would say: "Allaahumma aktub li biha 'indaka ajran wa'mhu 'anni biha wizran waj'alha li 'indaka dukhran wa taqabbalha minni kama taqabbaltaha min 'abdika Dawood (O Allah, record for me a reward for this (prostration), and remove from me a sin. Save it for me and accept it from me just as You accepted it from Your slave Dawood)." (Narrated by al-Tirmidhi, 528)
