Well, the way you become a disbeliever is if you become an atheist or agnostic. If you believe in Allah and you believe Mohammed was an actual prophet, and you've appropriately said so in shahada form while believing it, then that takes care of that question.
As a separate issue, should Muslims use profanity? No. Do some Muslims use profanity? Again, they shouldn't, but it happens. Does that disqualify them from being Muslims? No- and as some might cheekily put it, hell no for emphasis.
Some Muslims behave badly at times, or behave correctly with less consistency than they should, without forfeiting their Muslim identity. It's not ideal, but sometimes it works that way. It's as simple as that, and I don't know of any reason to reject this basic premise.
