Allah sais in Al-fatiha to rely on him only for help. Not to ask for help like some people do at graves. Why does it happen at the Nabi(SAW) Kabir? And why do we need someone to intercede for us on the Day of Qiyamah. Is'nt this the same thing as asking our dead forefathers to makes duaa for us or asking the Malaikah to make duaa for us.

Because Allah has granted him that honour?

I have heard that for every time you offer salawat to Nabi, Allah returns it 10 times for you… (and give more reason for nabi (pbuh) to intercede ..
