Assalamu alaikum brothers and sisters!

I found a very good nasheed on YouTube, but unfortunately, my Arabic knowledge is very low, as I was born and live in Europe.
I'd like to know the translation for this nasheed from a brother or sister who speaks Arabic.If a 100% translation is not possible, then at least I'd like to know what is this nasheed about.
