Assalamualaikum, hope you're all well insha'Allah[emoji39]

I was wondering - when it's time for salah and you're outside, how do you offer your full salah with sunnah and nafl?
Although obviously offering full salah and taking your time is better, but what is the lesser evil in a time constrained situation - to just read fardh on time and complete sunnah + nafl later, or to offer full salah later on within the time of that salah? Is it even permissible to read sunnah later on and just read fardh on time, so at two separate times?
By later on I mean like within the time of the salah but not exactly on time, so say if Dhuhr is 1:15pm, praying fardh Dhuhr at 1:15pm and then praying sunnah and nafl within the time of Dhuhr but later on.
Or, delaying the salah until you can offer full fardh, sunnah and nafl at once?

Jazak'Allah khayr!

This hadith is a lead

Bukhari :: Book 2 :: Volume 22 :: Hadith 325

Narrated Kuraib:
I was sent to Aisha by Ibn Abbas, Al-Miswar bin Makhrama and 'Abdur-Rahman bin Azhar . They told me to greet her on their behalf and to ask her about the offering of the two rakat after the 'Asr prayer and to say to her, "We were informed that you offer those two rakat at and we were told that the Prophet had forbidden offering them." Ibn Abbas said, "I along with 'Umar bin Al-Khattab used to beat the people whenever they offered them." I went to Aisha and told her that message. 'Aisha said, "Go and ask Um Salama about them." So I returned and informed them about her statement. They then told me to go to Um Salama with the same question with which t sent me to 'Aisha. Um Salama replied, "I heard the Prophet forbidding them. Later I saw him offering them immediately after he prayed the 'Asr prayer. He then entered my house at a time when some of the Ansari women from the tribe of Bani Haram were sitting with me, so I sent my slave girl to him having said to her, 'Stand beside him and tell him that Um Salama says to you, "O Allah's Apostle! I have heard you forbidding the offering of these ( two rakat after the 'Asr prayer) but I have seen you offering them." If he waves his hand then wait for him.' The slave girl did that. The Prophet beckoned her with his hand and she waited for him. When he had finished the prayer he said, "O daughter of Bani Umaiya! You have asked me about the two rakat after the 'Asr prayer. The people of the tribe of 'Abdul-Qais came to me and made me bbusy and I could not offer the twtwo rakat after the Zuhr prayer. These (tw two rakat that I have just prayed) are for those (missed) ones.

The most appropriate way in these situations is to read the fard salah on time (within the span of it)and read the sunnah later but MUST BE TRIED to fullfill them within the span of that salah , say we prayed only that zuhr fard salah at 12.30 (just an approximate time for an understanding) as we are very busy we should try to pray those sunnah within 3.30 pm (shafis) and 4.40 pm (hanafis) but if were unable to do that we may pray after Asar too (as in the hadith and it was a strange for sahabas after asar which is a mukruh time because Prophet could not offer sunnah taking care of the Guests kept him busy)THOUGH ITS a makruh time untill sunset for any salah (except Qadha) and similar is after Fajar untill sunrise a mukruh time as well.
