The Paul Williams show was filmed in the prestigious Regents Parks Masjid last Saturday, and in sh'Allah I get the opportunity to do so again today.

For those of you who do not know who Paul Williams is, he is a prolific speaker and daee who attends Speakers Corner regularly - and makes Christians run. He is a former Priest in training and theologian and now, Muslim. His knowledge of the bible(s) and the literature surrounding it such as modern day commentators like Bart Erhman et al, sees him corner Christian evangelists with ease.

This series aims to give you, the viewer, bite size digestible chunks of theological, contextual and anthropological reasoning with which you too can take on the Christian premise and break it down to its' core, basic elements and show how it is out of the fold of the Abrahamic tradition in this modern age.

Arm yourselves with beneficial knowledge and learn the arguments Du'aat have against the Christians.

Hayat Amous Zughaier

Hayat is the Director of Public Relations and Supervisor for social services at the Emleson Society. She has been in this role since 2008, working to train leaders and promote volunteer work in the fields of: summer camps leadership, women's leadership, crisis management, and the development of community institutions.

She is also a founder member and a volunteer at the 'Momken Association', which aims to help Palestinian woman and children to understand their rights, gender equality, focusing on health, education and economic progress for women and children. Hayat is also a volunteer at the Jerusalemite Womens Coalition.

Dr Inas Abbad

Inas is a political science researcher, lecturer and a political activist from East Jerusalem. Her brother, who has been held in an Israeli prison for the past 16 years, is one of the leaders of the hunger strike. Inas also writes for online media such as Middle East Eye and the Palestinian Information Centre on topics including the occupation and hunger strike.

Alhamdulillah, where one is good and more is better - Dawah Digital and EF Dawah share a video of brothers Hamza, Imran and Abbas having a discussion with Christian brother Paul on the merits of the Gospel of Matthew, who in fact Isa (as) was or was not sent for according to the bible, establishing a solid foundation upon which to build one's faith and they also experience the difficulties faced when two parties might not get enough time to do more than trade verses and interpretations without reaching common ground or understanding.

Two ayaat of the Qur'an are expounded upon in this video, which bring home the scientific pursuit within the Qur'anic discourse - Imran Hussein, gives us the insight!

"And Allah has extracted you from the wombs of your mothers not knowing a thing, and He made for you hearing and vision and intellect that perhaps you would be grateful.

Do they not see the birds controlled in the atmosphere of the sky? None holds them up except Allah . Indeed in that are signs for a people who believe." [Qur'an 16:78/79]

Bro Imran Hussein gives us an insight into the delicate nature of disbelief, and how easy it is to fall into the traps of materialism.

The story referenced here is from Surah al Kahf, the 18th chapter of the Qur'an. Below you will find the actual ayaat (verses/signs)The Man with Two Gardens.

32. And put forward to them the example of two men; unto one of them We had given two gardens of grapes, and We had surrounded both with date-palms; and had put between them green crops (cultivated fields etc.).

33. Each of those two gardens brought forth its produce, and failed not in the least therein, and We caused a river to gush forth in the midst of them.

34. And he had property (or fruit) and he said to his companion, in the course of mutual talk: I am more than you in wealth and stronger in respect of men." [See Tafsir Qurtubi, Vol. 10, Page 403].

35. And he went into his garden while in a state (of pride and disbelief) unjust to himself. He said: "I think not that this will ever perish.

36. "And I think not the Hour will ever come, and if indeed I am brought back to my Lord, (on the Day of Resurrection), I surely shall find better than this when I return to Him."

37. His companion said to him, during the talk with him: "Do you disbelieve in Him Who created you out of dust (i.e. your father Adam), then out of Nutfah (mixed semen drops of male and female discharge), then fashioned you into a man?

38. "But as for my part (I believe) that He is Allah, my Lord and none shall I associate as partner with my Lord.

39. It was better for you to say, when you entered your garden: 'That which Allah wills (will come to pass)! There is no power but with Allah '. If you see me less than you in wealth, and children.

40. "It may be that my Lord will give me something better than your garden, and will send on it Husban (torment, bolt, etc.) from the sky, then it will be a slippery earth.

41. "Or the water thereof (of the gardens) becomes deep-sunken (underground) so that you will never be able to seek it."

42. So his fruits were encircled (with ruin). And he remained clapping his hands with sorrow over what he had spent upon it, while it was all destroyed on its trellises, he could only say: "Would I had ascribed no partners to my Lord!" [Tafsir Ibn Kathir]

43. And he had no group of men to help him against Allah, nor could he defend or save himself.

44. There (on the Day of Resurrection), Al-Walayah (the protection, power, authority and kingdom) will be for Allah (Alone), the True God. He (Allah) is the Best for reward and the Best for the final end. (La ilaha ill-Allah none has the right to be worshipped but Allah). - [Surah Al Kahf 18:32-44]
