all these western "charity" and "humanitarian aid" organizations are nothing more than a sham. If they actually helped people then they would run out of victims to help and run out of business. Akon did more for a small country in a month then these orgs did for decades for anyone. All they are good for is filling their pockets with donation money and abusing the victims in exchange for help.
