is it haram to write fantasy novels, for example writing about mythology, magic, witches, supernatural creatures and making up creatures or demons?

if the person already came up with these ideas and it is haram, can they keep the characters and instead just make them human and they live in a mundane world? i was coming up with ideas for a fantasy world and what happened to these supernatural creatures but if it is not allowed, could i still keep the characters names/personalities and instead just have them be human beings?

Writing about magic and witches or demons are not something a Muslim should aspire to do. If you are good a writing, how about something inspiring for younger Muslims that would encourage right actions? Nevertheless, these are what scholars say about this:
