I deal with this problem sometimes. If a woman sees me, she's like "hey" goes up and hugs me without my permission and without me reciprocating- have I committed a sin? If she goes up and hugs me against my will? Or am I okay as long as I don't reciprocate or encourage it? Or do I need to stick my arm in front of me and be like "you shall not pass!"?

By allowing it you are being complicit in it. Next time just say "wait" and step back, and then explain to her you feel uncomfortable with hugs from opposite gender and physical contact of such nature is not something your faith permits. In Islam, you praise the person for something good first and then give advice. So you could say something like you appreciate the warm welcome and all but ....

Is that from the Quran or the Sunnah?

"In Islam, interactions between the sexes are permitted within certain limits specified by the Quran and the Sunna. To some, these limits might appear to be very strict."

I heard how a brother would reach to tie his shoelace the moment a woman extends her arm for a handshake so I think this might work if she quickly goes for a hug, so you're not able to recieve it.

At work the woman used to touch me and even put her head on my shoulder...I made a stop to this immediately. ;D;D I remember when I was in college in BC there was this female student she started touching my chest, I said to her stop but she continued robbing my chest and laughing, and I shouted at her and was very angry and I kept telling her to stop but she laughed and laughed and kept touching me until I was about to make an action when a guy friend stopped her and said to her to go and he went with her and she was giggling and laughing in the hallway of the college.

I also hate these non-Muslim women when they wear the most seductive cloths, showing their cleavage and body and then complain men look at them and get them arrested for sexual harassment just for looking. They almost want men to be gay by force. At work I sometimes feel uncomfortable because a woman at work sometimes wears cloths showing her chest and see her by corner of my eyes she covers herself up when I look at her and I get completely uncomfortable too....

I really do hate it. So I look in every other direction and not to her when I talk to her and I avoid coming to her office as much as possible and if I have too....I sit in the farthest distance away from her. She is also alcoholic...and she parties and goes to places but trust you me...I do not like this. I prefer a male atmosphere myself because the risks of having issues with female co-workers. That is why I said I do not find the Islamic ruling to be strict! I LOVE IT! It literally protects both sexes.

Picture sisters who is sitting raising the children and taking care of the home her husband goes out working in a company filled with women worker, all wearing sexy clothes or showing her cleavage or or or...what kind of happy marriage is this? Everyday the man is committing zina of the eye just to bring money home. I do not think there is any barakah in this. I prefer women myself running companies on their own and hiring only female workers and men running companies on his own and hiring only male workers, because nowadays the fitna is soo high to have mixed gender working together.

But you can't ask people of the West to do this when back then in barbarian age when they did not take a shower only ones a year they had zina as normalcy and women walking in shorts as normal..and women and men are the same, they act the same...and they find the idea of gender segregation is bad to you because it causes social problems so they have mixed gender in schools, universities, at work, etc. so a Muslim world completely goes against everything they believe and do and they argue endlessly why, why, why? Why should a man inherit more than a woman? They shout. They scream sexist. Don't they? Why should women cover her hair and man not? They scream sexist, don't they?

DON'T EVEN start with them when you tell them a woman must obey her husband! Oooooo weeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee....you are asking a formula Earth explosion. And and and and tell them that a wife should have sex with her husband when he calls for her....now you are opening door of feminist mantra of rape and explosion of disaster.
