Is it Permissible for me to wear ihram with buttons to prevent it from falling off

No stitching is allowed AFAIK

Kindly be noted the aim of Ihram is to remind us our kaffan (the last white cloth that a dead Muslim is covered with to be set in his grave, You and me will go through this inshallah one day) is what we hear from Scholars and to REPENT as much as possible during your hajj as if your time in ihram (The kaffan) is your very last hour on the open earth .
