Assaslaamu alaikum warahmatullahi wabarakatuhu, brothers, sisters and friends.

Ustatha Noha Omari is a lecturer from Saudi Arabia who has dedicated her life to revitalizing Islamic values within individuals and communities.

Through her lectures and talks, and using her unique storytelling style, Ustatha Noha connects the rich history of Islam with today’s world and offers a path towards a balanced and positively impactful Muslim identity.

Ustatha Noha has amassed her knowledge and developed her content by study of Islamic literature and scholars.

I filed her recently at the Regents Park Masjid's weekly gathering Islamic Circle, and this is the video.

In the audience you will spot, Dr Shabir Ally, Imam Siraj Wahhaj and the legend, Dr Jamal Badawi as well.

Enjoy in sh'Allah.

Yes ‎ما شاء الله she most definitely is inspired. A very intelligent speaker.

Did you spot the special guest speakers in the audience first row?

Alice in Wonderland :)

Masha'Allah great lecture and presentation.

So many good points from the need to listen not just hear, having an awaken heart. Allah chose us! Having the best of manners whilst pursuing the path chosen with the end goal in mind always, Judgement Day, the final hour. That's interesting that more than half of the Quran are reminders about Judgement Day, interesting because sometimes everything else is distracting. Alhamdulilah, indeed this is our goal, and everything else should lead to it, don't just follow any direction, unlike Alice, we were informed about where we are going to be eventually.

Does Sister Noha has any other lecturers in English? I only found this site which is in Arabic.

I have filmed one more lecture of hers in English, and it should be up on Dawah Digital within the next few weeks or so, I'll be sure to bump this thread when it gets uploaded in sh'Allah.

In the mean time, share the video with friends, family and colleagues so they too may benefit from it. Once again, thank you for your interest and kindness.

Sarah Joseph OBE was CEO and Editor of the Muslim lifestyle magazine emel and commentator on British Muslims. She converted to Islam at the age of 16 in 1988 after being brought up as a Catholic.

Sarah Joseph was awarded an OBE in 2004 for services to interfaith dialogue and the promotion of women's rights.

I watched the complete lecture - it was enlightening, may Allah :swt: hasten their acceptance of Islam since a dire situation awaits the deteriorating nations who are increasing in their rebellion towards Allah :swt:

MashaAllah, just finished watching also (was going to save it for later, but it was only 30 minutes). She raises some important points, surely. I have also met some non-Muslims whose perceptions change about us, through interactions as she mentioned - prejudice born out of ignorance, ignorance is due to fear.....this is solved by knowing/awareness. The need to become more confident as it would give the ability to do more, the essence of spirituality is really not Hajj or Ramadan, it's how we live our everyday lives.....the entire thing was amazing and very relevant to our modern and future times...... love the magazine too especially the art depictions and interpretations regards the Ka'ba: The Magnetism of the Ka'ba.

Thank you for sharing the lecture, may Allah bless you and this sister immensely. Ameen.

Lovely summary and yes, the magazine is excellent. I have a few of the old physical copies in my room at home. Today, the magazine is online, and still going. Alhamdulillah.
