4 things to do before going to sleep

I watched a video where it said you should do 4 things before sleeping:
1. Resolve conflicts
2. Make sure all obligations to Allah are fulfilled.
3. Take a moment to ask Allah for forgiveness
4. Make arrangements for your death.

Are these compulsory (obviously no. 2 is).
