Start from the beginning, with an English translation of Ibn Kathir's tafsir. Here's a link to a website providing a digital copy for free:

That's not a version. It is a translation. The Qur'an is only one and it is in Arabic. Different people have translated and they may differ slightly in their word usage, but the actual Quran is in Arabic.
