Trust and expectations is everything when you make dua.
Hadith says 'you will get from Allah what you expect from him'. So if you expect your dua not to be granted, then that's what will happen. So you should trust and hope that it will be granted
When you are supplicatjng in this way with other requirements met, such as your clothes and food is halal and you're performing the obligatory prayers, then Allah will put an expectation in your heart of when you're likely to healed
