I have heard that it is haraam not to take treatment for an ailment you have. I believe it was taken from an example where Moses did not want treatment and Allah told him to.
How does this practice work in small cases? For example I have depression and professionals say that speaking to someone can help you do this. Sometimes I can be in a state where I am too anxious to talk to people and I just want to be alone while still suffering. Would this mean I am doing haraam?
