I wanted to ask why we remember memories as if we were a person looking at ourselves in the past and not remember that moment by being in our body's perspective.

Asalaamulaykum

Thats not true - most people actually recall their own life events in the first person perspective rather than 3rd person perspective.

Its one of the reasons why when we dwell into an event we mostly recall what someone else was wearing and forget what we actually wore on that day.

You see? Sometimes, our mind play tricks on us and make us believe in this falsytude about reincarnation. It happened to me too, but then I simply ignore them, because I know it came from Satan, because he is the one who tries to make us believe in reincarnation which isnpracticslly a disbelief thing.
I mean, I ignored them and not believed in them.
