I know there has been a post like this one before but, mine’s totally different. I’m asking Allah SWT to reverse time to when I was little and give me the life and the aspects of that I asked for. So 1, is it okay for me to ask this type of an “impossible” dua? And 2, will Allah ever grant me this dua? I’m open to a discussion. Thank you I’ve really been struggling with this to a point where I can’t live my life.

Do you want to get time reversed only for you or others as well, else problem is that you will become younger than your own niece, nephew, friends, younger siblings...? What will happen to your parents when they will be searching you who all of sudden has been transformed into a dwarf...?

A perfect life doesn't exist in the dunya. Allah has given you much better already Iman.

The disbelievers will be willing to give the earths weight in gold for this on qiyamah

Instead of looking at what you dont have try to be grateful for what you do have coz subhanAllah Allah has blessed you a lot

How many people in wheelchairs would love to have your legs
How many blind people would love your eyes
How many people dying of cancer would love to have your health

SubhanAllah the list goes on and on

May Allah forgive us (myself included) for being ungrateful

Alhamdulilahil rabbil aalameen

Asalamu alaikum wa rahmatullah wa barakatu

No, life going back in general so everyone. Everything goes back to the way it was in January 18, 2003 according to Earth’s history but, the things that I’ll need for my perfect life are only altered in my favor.

I’m very grateful Shukar alhumdolillahe but this is something I need, I know Allah has done future time travel as found in Surah Kahf so I know it’s very much possible but will he do it just by me asking dua??

Who said that everything will go back?
I think whoever said this could be a lier, because Quran does not mention such thing.

:sl:

In playing video game if our character die because a trap, then we can stop the game, thinking, then reset the game back to the earlier stage. So our character can pass the trap successfully because we already know how to pass that trap.

But, can we do it in the real life?.

I often make a mistake because I didn't know before that what I would do was wrong. It made me ever hoped that I could reverse the time. So, I could do that again in right way because I already knew the mistake. But then I realized something that made me laugh.

If I could reverse the time to the moment before I do that, not only I would be younger, but my mind would reverse too that make all memory after that moment erased. So I would still make the same mistake again because I still hadn't know that what I would do was wrong.

So, no need to hope that we could reverse the time. Just live our life and make take lesson from eveything that has happened to make us can walk on our life in the better way.

Maybe he will do that. You will not maybe become externally appearing like a child again, but your actions may and your thinking. You may reflect back in the past while you go about your day and it will may feel like you are back in time. That is if Allah, may he be glorified and exalted, wills it.

Do you just want the aspects or do you want to be little again physically as well?

I know life is hard. I'm having the same problem, and guess where I ended now? I ended being so obsessive and also creating for others problems, and now I deeply regret for what I have done. God Says in Quran that the Day of Judgment is coming fast, and that,is actually a promise and God will never change His Promise. So, basically you want to ask God To Change His Promise and that it is a disbelief I think.

Maybe you have done many mistakes in life that you regret now, that is understandable. I too made big, foolish and shameful mistakes that gave me a trauma today, and that is because of my ignorance. How stupid I was that time...

The point is, please refreain from doing this Dua so that you wont be like me. Just think that whatever is done in your past, is maybe as a life lesson from God to you, think that He is testing your patience, think that you may have done injust in past and God did a just in past just like it happened to me during Romanian class, I used to make fun of others for not knowing in Romanian literature, and when the teacher put me up for questioning, a Christian girl made me to answer something very wrong and shameful answer and the girl lauphed, and that could be one of the signs of God's justice. Because it was not right what I did in past by making fun of others during Romanian class.

So, another point is: Everything that has a bad beginning, could have also,a good end and that,is all depend on is how we want to change our future.

Now I'm feeling also terrible for being so obsessive. Look, I have also done disbelisd out of intense anger this morning, may God forgive me for my ignorance.

We all still have time to do right things, thanx to God. But sadly, some old people do not have much time left, may God grant them forgivness and mercy for whatever they have done.

The best way is to accept the way life is created, because Quran says: "that a Day will come when there is no more end, and you will live an eternal live according to your belief and deeds".

I dont think that you are the only one on Earth who wishes for this, I can feel that there are billions who wish to have childhood again or to be granted a new life.

And third point is: that Quran tells us that God give something hard to each idividual according to his ability, and if you think you dont have ability and yet you face something very hard, it is because God knows that you will succedd, or maybe He wants To call you to get closer to Him, or maybe He is giving you hard time just to make you a wise person. There are mamy reasons, and one of the reasons is that God has created life and death to test you. And maybe it could be as a punishment becuase of some sins you committed in past and He did as a favor to you just to save you from the torment of that Day, my opinion. Now God knows best.
