Over 90% of the people who die by suicide have the most common mental illness of depression at the time of their death. It's estimated that one million people die by suicide worldwide every year making it the 10th leading cause of death globally. On an average, one person dies by suicide every 40 seconds somewhere in the world. With the increase in facilities and rate of monetary success, the global suicide rates have also increased by 60% in the past 45 years.

Well, death does sound as an easy way out to the financial, emotional or social crisis a person faces in the life of this world. An exit from this heap of stress, leaving behind every bit of it does sound as a good option. It's a very sad reality, committing suicide is not pertaining to some specific group. As depression affects people from all walks of life, no matter what their background. It can affect people of all ages as well. It's due to higher stress level.

But is death the end of life?

What if the matters haunt more in the next life?

Death is not the end of life but transition of life into another stage. Hence making it clear that suicide is never a solution, in fact a bigger crisis in itself.

Have we actually ever observed ? When our death falls, the Cardiac Monitor Machine shows no viberation, no ups and downs. Just a straight vertical line. That shows life is full of struggle and challenges. By suiciding, a person escapes from reality.

We all will taste death, no one can deny this reality. But we need to think it over and over again that we have not come with our desire nor will leave this world by our wish. This is like our transit camp, not a permanent place. The reality of human life where the spinning scenarios of grief and bliss are all the part and parcel of life to test us on our reaction in both the circumstances. That can never be satisfactory. We should live this life with strong determination and motivation. Just think, if a child falls many times it doest mean that he can never stand up.

Here in this life, nothing is permanent nor sorrow nor happiness. We should look at the people who are beneath us (in wealth and worldly affairs). Then, we will be truly grateful for God for His ample blessings.

The best solution is never to expect too much from anyone in this life. As when we dint meet our expectation we feel diatress and down. That's the starting point of disappointment. No maptter, whaterver state we are in, we should be thankful to God, maybe we would be in worse positions than this. Always put our trust in God. By believing in God, we realize we are blessed; we have someone to turn to, someone to hold to, and someone to seek to….etc. As long we’re living in this world, life’s issues are inevitable. However, one thing that will make the difference to our hopless condition is that to place our Trust in God which brings hopes and livelihood to our lives.Attachment 6649
