I wonder, if I have a desire or intention of doing something bad but then I don't implement it, only in my mind then I am in safe area?

Just in curiosity

P.S. Please don't judge me, because in past I used to have really bad thinking and now I am changed, I do not have them any more. Please give me a reply so that I may ease my worries. Because, sometimes I have these intentions of doing them, but I don't implement them and then I started to worry whether I have or not committed this particular sin.

Asslamoalikum,
Dear brother i just asked this question maybe a week ago and everyone said that there is nothing wrong when you only think about something wrong but don’t implement it. And also if you think but don’t implement it you get a good deed recorded in your actions book. May you only think positive now. And may Allah help you out.

What about one who dwell on thoughts? Because, before I used to make Dua for reversal of time just to be new divine laws and legislations as I dreamt and now when I have stopped wishing for this, it really obsesses me, so I wonder, in my case I sin? Because, I'm worried

Asslamoalikum,
Brother i will suggest you to overcome this obsession. Secondly you didn’t sin. Because you didn’t have knowledge of consequences about Dua you were making. Now that you know that you have to overcome it now still if you linger over this obsession then you will sin. May Allah help you out.

But it is something that it can be forgiven in Hereafter, right? What about if I think of a movie I like? Or at some memories of mine? Or of beach? Or having a pet? While I don't implement them? Like for example if I think of a sentence or dwell on that but I don't implement that, then I'm in safe place?

Yes brother as long as you don’t implement. You are safe but remember as much you think of something there is more chance that you will implement it. But i pray that it never happens. And May Allah help you the path you desire.

[QUOTE=The Exorcist;3009270]Al-Bukhaari (6491) and Muslim (131) narrated from Ibn ‘Abbaas (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Prophet (blessings and peace of Allah be upon him) said, relating from his Lord, may He be glorified and exalted: “Allah decreed good deeds and bad deeds, then He explained that. Whoever thinks of doing a good deed then does not do it, Allah will write it down as one complete good deed. If he thinks of doing a good deed and then does it, Allah [may He be glorified and exalted] will write it down between ten and seven hundred fold, or many more. If he thinks of doing a bad deed then he does not do it, Allah will write it down as one complete good deed, and if he thinks of it then does it, Allah will write it down as one bad deed.”
And Psychologically, "Eyes are the doors to the mind. You think of what you usually see."
Further, thoughts may be "deliberate" and "Undeliberate or unconscious the former may be reprimanded while later may not be.
And Allah knows best

Oh, I'm so glad about this, I hope I will not implement what I think of haram but only what I think of good, of doing good.

Your answer is there in Surah Al-Baqarah, last verses:
Imam Ahmad recorded that Mujahid said, "I saw Ibn `Abbas and said to him, `O Abu Abbas! I was with Ibn `Umar, and he read this Ayah and cried.' He asked, `Which Ayah' I said,

`(And whether you disclose what is in yourselves or conceal it.)'

Ibn `Abbas said, `When this Ayah was revealed, it was very hard on the Companions of the Messenger of Allah and worried them tremendously. They said: O Messenger of Allah! We know that we would be punished according to our statements and our actions, but as for what occurs in our hearts, we do not control what is in them.' The Messenger of Allah said,

« قُولُوا: سَمِعْنَا وَأَطَعْنَا »
(Say, `We hear and we obey.') They said, `We hear and we obey.' Thereafter, this Ayah abrogated the previous Ayah,

(The Messenger believes in what has been sent down to him from his Lord, and (so do) the believers. Each one believes in Allah), until,

(Allah burdens not a person beyond his scope. He gets reward for that (good) which he has earned, and he is punished for that (evil) which he has earned.)

Therefore, they were pardoned what happens in their hearts, and were held accountable only for their actions.'''

The Group recorded that Abu Hurayrah said that the Messenger of Allah said,

« إِنَّ اللهَ تَجَاوَزَ لِي عَنْ أُمَّتِي مَا حَدَّثَتْ بِهِ أَنْفُسَهَا مَالَمْ تَكَلَّمْ أَوْ تَعْمَل »
(Allah has pardoned my Ummah for what they say to themselves, as long as they do not utter it or act on it.)

The Two Sahihs recorded that Abu Hurayrah said that the Messenger of Allah said,

(Allah said (to His angels), "If My servant intends to commit an evil deed, do not record it as such for him, and if he commits it, write it for him as one evil deed. If he intends to perform a good deed, but did not perform it, then write it for him as one good deed, and if he performs it, write it for him as ten good deeds.'')

Stay Blessed.
