Sometimes I recite "Astaghfurilah" one time and other times 3 times and other times 2 times that is when I ride my head after saying "subhanallah" x3.

Is that ok in Islamic point of view?

Also, can you please tell me if I can recite shahada in my mind? Because, I have a habit of reciting shahada in my mind.

Please give me a reply so that I'll ease my worries

You question is a bit unclear. I do not know what you mean by riding your head.
But if you just mean randomly saying astughfirAllah, there is nothing wrong with that.
There is nothing wrong with saying the shahada in your head because you are remembering Allah, but if it is an obligitory duty that requires you to say it out loud, you must speak it
