I am an IT blogger and like using technology. I know some people dislike technology I don't blame them.
It is something you get use and get a little addicted. I am not an addict, I just like using it for brain storming.

Among the ninety-nine beautiful Divine Names, neither Allah nor al-Rahman are permissible as surnames or first names for people; but Karim, Sabur, Shakur, Hamid, and others are permissible.

Hmm your comment seems very wise sister, however if it's a valid opinion then this means we have a choice ('if it's a valid opinion amongst the same madhab) as we don't have ijtihad capability to judge between the two opinions, and Islam is in favour of making ease for people, so that's my reason for 'advisable' sister, may I ask what it your reason for 'not advisable'?

As I forgot to mention that Razzaq is not my first name. Due to people telling things about the meaning of my name, I was given the name I have by my parents. Parents choose not us and I am happy with that as it is enough for me.

Allah's name Al-Maalik is for "Maalik ul Mulk", owner of everything. While the name like Imam Maalik Had or somebody may have, could mean maalik of a house or owner of some petty thing. Apart from this name Maalik, if you can please mention any from the companions of the Prophet (PBUH) or from the Tābi‘een (successors of the companions) or from Tabi' al-Tabi'in?

there may be many maliks (kings), raheems (merciful people), ghanees (rich people), however there is only one razzaaq - this is due to the fact that Allah :swt: is the faatuir (originator) of rizq, and there is none other who can originate rizq, people can only re-distribute what Ar-razzaq gives, and shoud be careful to avoid dhulm (injustice).

There are others that are unsuitable too al ilah is one of Allah's names but you cannot name yourself ilah audhoo billah

You are right. It is best to avoid naming a person with the Names of Allaah. Even the Names in regards to which scholars have said that one can use, they say it is best to avoid because of ibhaam.

As for Razzaaq, it may well be from among the Names which one cannot use in any case as opposed to names such as Kariim. Even in such Names one has to be sure that one is not thinking of the Sifah of Allaah when calling the person with it. There is just too much ibhaam.

All in all, best to avoid the doubtful matters as per authentic hadiith.

I recall a video where king fahd decided around 1980 to choose "khaadim al haramain ash-shareefain" over the previously preferred "malik al 'arabiyyah as-sa'udiyyah"
