I have heard from Dr. Zakir Naik that he said that in Ramadan, the rewards are multiplied. Does that mean that if I do a good deed in Ramadan, will I get 20 bad deeds wiped away? Or how? What does it mean "multiplied"?

Can you please tell what are the rewards in Ramadan?

It is said by some scholars for every deed you do for which you would get 1 hasanat, during Ramadan it is multiplied by 10 or more.

Perhaps the biggest reward is the getting nearer to Allah. Doing good deeds is certainly in connection with that as well.

Are multiplication of good deeds and bad deeds done only in Makkah and in Medina? Why only there?
