What if one has tics from autism? EDIT: Or one's mind wanders due to maladpative daydreaming?

is singing still haram? what if one accidentally says something that mocks elements of the religion during an energetic tic episode or maladaptive daydreaming? can one be blamed if one didn't do it on purpose?

It is incumbent upon each person to make genuine effort to walk straight with Allah :swt: in mind.

In the case of rulings....

Whether the action was harmful anti-social behaviour will usually come down to the discretion of the community judge and jury who must decide with knowledge and most importantly - with Allah :swt: in mind.
