I have become so stressed that earlier I did not even notice until physical ailments started to appear, and I would continually miss class due to feeling sick, and I would self harm (which I stopped) which nearly resulted in me being hospitalized, as well as constant hyperawareness and inability to do nothing and relax, and I notice the feeling that something unexpected would happen, a CATASTROPHE! and so I would plan everything, including who I would marry and how that ties into my university and career plans and travel plans and lifestyle plans and ideology etc. I became so stressed I would say when afraid something I did would result in me becoming homeless for any reason my mother might come up with (a major fear of mine) or jobless forever or ostracized, or single forever, etc. or anything minor like whether or not my mom would be home soon, "if my cat licks me, it means Allah is sending down a positive sign" or "if the phone gets disconnected between my mother and aunt, it's a good omen" if the water burns my hand then becomes cool miraculously its a good omen but in the past before realizing bad omens were haram, I would mostly include bad omens. I never feel safe. Someone trained in psychology or anyone, perhaps an alim, please help me.

Asalamoalikum,
I have only just joined and saw the post, you could try Rukhya, pick one
https://www.ruqyainlondon.com/audio - try no2 for general, listen to it with headphones and concentrate hard, it may help. Also you need to relax and not think that far ahead re plans, if you have specific worries than I can understand but I think all that planning is a bit OCD.
See how you get on and post back.
