Asalamalikoum brothers and sisters.

When I was 17-18 years old I stole a WiFi from our neighbor. We are actually good to eachother but I used to use their WiFi without his permission as I hacked it. Now the neighbor has gone and I am repenting. Even though I don't see the person because he left the house. Even though he was here I wouldn't know how to tell him because we were close to eachother..

What can I do in this case, will Allah forgive me.
