As-salamu alaykum

I have a question about when does the fajr time end cause in the prayer times calendar it says for ex. sunrise at 6: 10 but what I have noticed the sun starts to show and rise up 15-20 minutes after for ex 6:10.

So can a person pray fajr during this time ?

If the calendar says sunrise is at 6.10 am then Fajr should be prayed before that time. That is the time when starts to rise above horizon. You won't notice it unless you are in an open field with a clear view of horizon.
