As-salamu alaykum, if someone accepts stolen wealth knowingly from a friend, is this wealth permissible to use if you don’t have a halal income and need it for necessities until they find a halal income

Haram is haram, whether u use it for basic necessities or other luxuries.
Halal income comes from hardwork. We should try our best in earning halal income and leave the rest to Allah. Coz He is Ar Razzaq. He provides provisions to everyone.
