I don't know if it's heard all over the place, like I mean, the earth? It just popped up when I was walking in the living room, as I remember. They are girls. There are boys but I guess the 3 girls are the ones that mostly say what's inside my mind. There's this one girl who do most of the mimicking of my thoughts and say it. Do you have any idea on how I can overcome this or perhaps make them disappear? I've been doing salat and doing my best to be a good Muslim.
I think I hear them from outside my head. Like they are put here as a test for me. Allah loves those he tests, right? I need upliftment. I feel alone. Hm... Let me think... I want to help... Hm... I think I won't talk about this anymore unless someone just talks to me about it.

InshaAllah. I am learning to stay calm and asked Allah in dua as I remember to make me calm all the time. Alhamdolila. I just prayed again for certainty. If I make dua, I am silent sometimes. Sometimes, what I want to say is in the heart and mind already and I know Allah, the glorfied and exalted, hears everything and knows all our secrets.
