Walekumassalam
Sis.. Quran is the remedy for all the stresses. Recite it, listen to it and ponder over it ,you'll be fine Insha Allah.
If you r struggling with prayers and fasting, then Insha Allah you will get double reward if you complete the obligations.
Do not be depressed over things, know that Allah loves and He is always with you. Gain Islamic knowledge as much as you can and read about the description of Jannah. You will no longer feel this way.
Depression is from shaitaan and by being depressed, you are only making him happy. While Allah is waiting for your repentance, He is waiting to forgive you, He is waiting to give you a reward in abundance.

I can only give you this advice. But I recommend you to seek a counsellor if you are able to. She will understand you better. Everything will be fine sister, everything will be fine.Insha Allah

May Allah reward you for your patience.ameen

Might be good to see a doctor too if you haven’t already. Please remember that mental health is just as important as physical health. Inshaallah Allah will help you through your difficult times but don’t feel that as a Muslim you aren’t allowed to get medical treatment for mental health problems.

seek advice from a psychologist who will be able to talk to you about your problems. and a psychiatrist who can give you healing medicine, if he thinks you need it. they will be able to help you.

Assalamu Alaikum,

My dear sister depression can stem from many different things. It can be due to physiological issues like hormonal imbalances, thyroid problems and linked to other underlying health problems. Psychologically it can also stem from past issues from growing up that have not been resolved, abuse, self image issues etc.

A lot of the times depression can also be linked an irregular sleep pattern and bad diet. So I would sort out your sleep pattern immediately and eat clean, good healthy foods and take up exercise which has been proven to tackle depression. I would also cut out caffeine (which can cause anxiety) and refined sugar which has a very detrimental effect on health.

You can also look into taking natural herbal supplements for helping to tackle depression:

https://www.everydayhealth.com/colum...ts-depression/

I would also recommend you reach out to your physician and identify whether or not it is linked to hormonal imbalances, thyroid or linked to any other health condition as soon as you possibly can.

You should also request to get a blood test done to check if you are low in any essential vitamins and minerals. If necessary your physician can also refer you to the relevant professionals if need be and even therapists to help with the psychological issues.

I hope the following links are of help to you:

Help guide for depression in women:

https://www.helpguide.org/articles/d...n-in-women.htm

Lots of resources on the spiritual aspects of sadness and depression:

10 Ways To Overcome Sadness

You have also mentioned in your previous threads regarding experiencing effects from Jinn. I would also urge you to do self ruqya. The following is a pdf booklet containing how to do Ruqya according to the Qur'an and Sunnah:

https://www.google.co.uk/url?sa=t&so...E8wlcc4Ah4PUqs

If after trying your best to do self ruqya you cannot do so then see a reliable trustworthy Raqi with your Mahram insha'Allah.

May Allah make it easy for you. Ameen

. When you're depressed, you may feel like you can't accomplish anything. That makes you feel worse about yourself. To push back, set daily goals for yourself.
and also Quran is the remedy for all the stresses.

The Prophet [salAllahu alayhi wa salam] said: “Let not any one of you say, ‘O Allaah, forgive me if You will, O Allaah, have mercy on me if You will.’ Let him be resolute in the matter, whilst knowing that no one can compel Allaah to do anything.” [Saheeh Bukhari and Muslim]

As wr wb i pray to Allah your in the best health and imaan

Anxiety stress depression can normally trigger due to trauma or something happened within your life it can be spirtiual as well as physical problem

One main issue with major depression is that body goes into overdrive mode to protect it self which goes in flight and fight mode

This causes body shut of natrual healing mechanism and our body no longer can rest repair heal or digest

This can cause stomach issues and inflamation issues and can experidate many ilness hormonal issues thyroid inblancment of immune system which can be cause of depression

I would advise hijama and ruqya ibn qiyam rh said hijama is best cures when performed correctly

Reading quran self ruqya ibadah can reduce cortisol level also exercising very important i have noticed during lock down many people depression experidate due staying at home

https://www.hijamainlondon.com/
https://www.hijamainlondon.com/ruqya-verses

Ashwangdha very good for stress anxiety depression dr berg has good herb to support adrenal gland which can help mange depression

Ruqya and hijama 1 part second part is to deal emotional physical aspects and get rout cause whats causing flare and shut of flight and fight mode in the body

I pray Allah swt protects ummah and gives you complete shifa ameen

Ps: I would look in to vitemen b3 supplement very good for depression

I choose to believe that their is a god and hell is real and heaven is real...

But I'm unable to accomplish Islam...

So I don't know if I'm considered a Muslim if I don't pray or fast...

I also believe in demons and angels...
