Assalaamu-Alaikum,

I have 3 young children of whom 2 suffer from Autism. Iteach Islamic Studies as well as Quran Studies to my children, Icould not find an Islamic Institution who can cater for my childrens'needs so I decided to homeschool them instead. I struggle to findeffective resources that help very young children such as 0-3 yearsold. So I have conjured up many ideas and strategies for teachingearly years children, especially those with additional needs.

Some of my ideas are on our YouTube Channel Quran4Autistic Children

My intention for this project is to help other caregivers with young children with or without special needs. I yearn for this part of our Ummah (children with needs) to stay connected with our faith and not to lose out due to their disabilities. I wish to earn Sadaqah Jariyah (In shaa Allah) for me, my children and everybody who joins us on our journey of learning about Islam.

I have uploaded another video on YouTube, https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=4ckYdtOZ5Eo . In this video I am sharing how I teach the Arabic alphabet to my autistic son who has significant speech delays.

In shaa Allah some of you find this video beneficial.
