This is very simple to explain.

We can explain to children that Allah is their Lord and King and they have no other Lord besides Him and He is Absolute One Lord and He is the Lord of entire Universe and the Lord of Hereafter and He is the First and the Last and He is the Lord who's life does not depend on anyone but our lives depend on Him an we should explain that their Most Merciful Protector and Guardian is Allah who is Ever Watchful and who is Sovereign of the Heavens and the Earth. And He is also the King of all mankind and every sentient being that exist throughout the Universe. When I say sentient being, I mean species like Mankind and Jinnkind, in that sense I mean. We also need to explain to them that our punishment is nothing compared to the punishment of Allah, for He is Most Severe in Punishment and He also made most powerful and secured prison which no one can escape from it and is the best prison that ever existed for criminals and that prison is Hellfire. It may be tough what I said, but it also good for them, so that they will not do the same mistakes I have done when I was a child like disobeying parents, doing open shirk(polytheism), and now I'm changed person, I no longer perform polytheism anymore, because that time I was ignorant and now I have become absolute and strict monotheist and I have reverted to the monotheism of Abraham. The reason for this, is because, in case some children are born into a mother who si a Christian and a father who is a Muslim, he must be provided informations so that he can be alert of the ideologies of Christians so that this kid will not be in same situation as I was at in the beginning of my life(i.e. by taking Jesus as my Lord instead of the Creator and do open polytheism) but now I have abandoned polytheism for good after realizing how bad it is and I would like my reasons and story to be shared to children so that they will learn something from it. Also, we can explain to them that Allah has no sons and no daughters and no family, because He is the Creator and He is Self Sufficient Being who does not need to have a son nor daughter.

Assalaamu-Alaimkum,

JazzakAllahu Khayran for your post. Alhamdulillah I agree with everything you said. The videos I post are aimed for very young children and so the language used together with the concepts age appropriate (I hope you understand). However, everything you mentioned will benefit older children In shaa Allah.

I’m glad Allah (SWT) has guided you to the right path and may he continue to bless in His path (Ameen).
