Kiro is an old hand on forums lol. On uf reps were really big and popular until a software update got rid of them but people still moan about them from time to time. This thread is referencing that

I do not know UF and how the reps system over there was like.

For what I know reps should be earned and not given just because you know the person or whatever.
and reps shouldn't be asked for. If everybody does it like this, then the amount of reps is just a matter of what connections someone has, nothing more....totally useless.

So if mr Kiro has a post that I really like, I will gladly give him my reps of course.
