AOA is general repentance enough for kufr if a person knowingly say some kufr statement out of joke but recites prayer so he has recited shahada and then if he is told he says tbat when one ask forgiveness from all sins it is covered too is this view correct or the person needs to ask separate repentance although everytime he pray he asked for repentance from all sins.

It's better&safer to ask forgiveness for that specific sin.To show Allah we are sorry for the big Kufr sin& that we take it serious

Yah u are right actually im suffering from ocd and there's thhis person i know and very dear to me so im just scared for that person i do hope Allah will forgive him even by general repentance because of his intentions he now do believe what he did was wrong
