In The Name Of Allah
Praise be to Allah-

Might be beneficial for many-please spread this.

-Ruqya for ruling out between is it sihr/jinn or a disease

-Meds prescribed by your doctor

-Exercise

-Healthy foods

-Listen to Quran atleast 15 mins everyday

-Recite AstaghfirUllah & durood 100 times everyday

-Buy smart clothes & try to look attractive as good clothes will cover up alot of low self esteem in difficult times.

-Clip nails,brush teeth& hair-

-Take a bath in good days

-Take an activity that you like for ex . studying your favorite subject,being a tweep about something that's good for yourself to talk about or to others.

-Control temper

-Write your thoughts on your situation

-Motivate yourself

-Be closer to nature

-Talk to your mom or someone you trust

-Try to love ALLAH in this situation

-Stay away from rowdy behavior & although you cannot do housechores still do bit of help for others

-Give Sadaqah everyday even a half date

-Recite Quran 1 page atleast

-Read short Islamic articles/listen to short clips on Islam as & when possible

-Make dua for Shifa& ultimately reward of highest Paradise as stated in Hadeeth of Prophet SallAllahu alayhe wasallam that "when you ask Allah for paradise,ask Him for Jannatul Firdaws as it's the highest part of Jannah..."

-Think positive....

-Remember that waswas that are not acted upon or said are forgiven by Allah

-Continue to be a good Muslim & sleep on time& wake up on time taking afternoon siesta.

-Don't forget your medicine if you are ruled out of sihr/jinn.

I would just add a few more things to your list.

Always give thanks to Allah in good times and bad. The more you give thanks, the more content you will be with life.
Repent, and forgive others in the way you would like Allah to forgive you. When you forgive; it is not that the other person might deserve it, rather it is where you will find your own peace.
When you do voluntary work and help others, it almost feels like you are helping yourself more.
Always try and search for the good in other people; they are part of Allah's wonderful creation.

I see where you are going with this, but it would not be a priority for me, an old guy!
