I cant wake up for fajr even if I put an alarm on I still cant wake up. I normally pray fajr when I wake up but now that schools online I have to do work as soon as I wake up so I pray fajr at 11.00 everyday from Monday to Friday. is it haram that i pray that late due to school work?

I am not sure about the timeframe you have to pray fajar salaah as it all depends on which country you reside in etc.

You must pray before sunrise (general rule). Try and prioritise your sleep and workload around salaah. Ask a family member to wake you up. Set 2 or 3 alarms to help you wake up and set yourself enough time to pray and make wudu so you're not rushing insha Allah.
